I had a health scare and ate my way through it. I really need to quit emotional eating but it's deep seeded, and I don't know how to overcome it. Any tips?

HI Aviza. I am not sure what would work for you but you might want to check with a medical professional.
Someone I know did that and went on a high protein low-moderate carb diet and did exercise frequently. They lost weight that way. __________________ Super Moderator Community Support Team "Things Take Time" |

You could try Noom. It's a paid weight management app and uses psychotherapy tools to affect behavior change. It's sort if like a DBT workbook for eating habits. It goes through things like triggers and cravings, etc.
