@princesscookie19

I'm 5'2"
Current weight = anywhere between 175 and 195
Goal weight = 135 or under
Timing to lose weight = 12 or more months (my primary care doc told me once that losing 2 pounds a month is healthy, but then that would mean a few years before I reached my goal weight, which I am up for also, but ideally, I'd like to see the change for myself happen within 12 months)

I need help! I also have a bunch of food that I don't want to see go to waste in my fridge, so I'd have to ease into a new diet with a diet buddy. But if you're okay with that, I'm in.

What are your thoughts on the diet buddy thing? How does it work?

I do PM (private message), not email, as I wish to remain anonymous onine. But yes, that sounds great!

Have you thought about a weight loss thread with many participants instead? You could run the thread. That might feel safer for a lot of people here who could benefit from what you suggested.

I’m 5’6’ and about 185. I exercise regularly but still creeping up and up. Do not work right now.We are getting a nutritionist for my ex’s diabetes. I ate tons of Halloween candy yesterday when feeling frustrated. Would love to do this!!!
