Yesterday I had 1185 calories. I had homemade chicken noodle soup for breakfast (leftover from a dinner meal) and a banana. For snack I had a banana. For lunch I had rice, chicken, broccoli and cheese and a pear. For snack I had a banana. For dinner I had spaghetti with whole grain noodles, salad and fat free Italian dressing. For dessert I had two chocolate chip cookies. I lost 0.4 lbs from yesterday to today.

I'm just maintaining by the way I eat. I need to cut out some animal protein. I lost weight when I ate less meat.

Today I had some soy milk around 2:30AM. I went to Sonic at 8 and I got a small chili cheese fries and a plain pretzel dog. I had a pint of Halo Top ice cream for lunch. I had a caffeine coke around 2. Dinner will be a piece of baked chicken. I have down 1,384.

I had a chili cheese dog, an English cucumber, a can of Mountain Dew, a Cesar salad kit, a caffeine free Coke, and dinner will be a crab cake. I have down 1,245 calories. I may add in a some vegetables. I went on an 18 minute walk this morning, and then a 6 minute walking test at the doctors. First time exercising in a couple months. I’m doing good with no coffee or zero sugar soda and Splenda or other artificial sweeteners. I seem to have issues with all that stuff.

Tuesday, I purchased an air fryer. Me and my teenager are very excited. Wednesday, I walked 1.24 miles it took me 30 minutes. I’m starting to pull through this sinus infection. I’m excited and nervous about meeting my new immunologist tomorrow.

I walk every other day. I eat what I want. I don't think I am losing weight though but feel fine.

I’ve been super hungry lately but I’m not putting on weight. I’ve been maintaining between 169-174. Today I was 172. The nurse I was working with yesterday nicely suggested weight loss without me bringing it up first. So not sure why my old therapist thought I had anorexia. I told her I didn’t but she didn’t believe me.
So far today I’ve had a couple snacks from my Tokyo box, a Pepsi, an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts, a pack of Nerd gummy clusters, an orange Vanilla Coke, and a cheese quesadilla meal from Chipotles. I’m getting a procedure done in a couple months and I don’t want to lose or gain any weight for right now. So I’m going to maintain right around 170 give or take 5 pounds. That’s actually the weight I’ve been at all year. So I’m hoping it won’t be an issue.
Today I’ve had 4 sodas, yeah a lot. I also had some cherry cheddar cheese, a little bag of popcorn, and an English cucumber. I am getting carry out tonight so I’ll probably have half a burger and some tater tots. Not sure what my final calories will be, I’m at 1,016 right now. I was 172 today. So far I’ve had the rest of my burger and tater tots from last night, and 2 Cokes. I plan on having a salad kit for lunch, some carrots for a snack, and an egg for dinner. I’ll be right around 1200 calories for the day.

I had a Pepsi, a Mountain Dew, an iced coffee from Wendy’s, 2 pieces of Brie cheese, a piece of Gouda mini Babybel cheese, 5 frozen chicken rings, a pint of gingerbread Halo Top, and heat and serve garlic cheese. I’ll probably skip dinner. I have down 1971 calories. Which is all counted pretty accurately. My maintenance calories is 2,300 according to an online weight loss calculator I used.

173 today. Yesterday I was 175. For breakfast I had a Mountain Dew, a matcha lemonade from Starbucks, a piece of Brie cheese, and a small orange. For lunch I had another piece of cheese, and a little ice cream cup. I’m going to have a salad kit in a bit. My snack will be an English cucumber and a bottle of kombucha. Dinner will be a can of spaghettios. I have down 1,310 calories.

I’m trying to maintain my weight but I’ve been upping my calories to 1500-1800 a day and I think that’s just causing me to lose weight. Before I was eating 1200 calories and feeling deprived all day and then I’d end up eating a lot at night. Now I’m eating a variety of things and losing. I do want to lose but I also don’t want to lose too fast right now which I think I may on a 1500-1800 calorie diet.

Yesterday I had 1,915 calories. I was 173.6 yesterday. Today I was 172 exactly. Maybe I really wasn’t eating enough before. Today my calories equal to 1,336 give or take a few.
So far today I’ve had a Mountain Dew, a medium cold brew coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts, a small orange, a piece of Brie cheese, and a Coke. Lunch will be some heat and serve garlic cheese. Dinner will be homemade turkey soup, and I’ll have a cucumber as a snack. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I had a small potato wedge and a coffee from Wendy’s this morning. 2 Mountain Dews, a Fanta, an entire bag of baby carrots, and a piece of Brie cheese for lunch. I lost about 3 pounds. So I feel good. One more pound and I'll be at my first milestone. I haven't been eating as much lately. I just haven't felt like eating.

I've lost 14.4 lbs since Valentine's day. Like Mountaindewed, it seems like I lose a little more when I eat a little more. More like 1500 calories. I was sticking pretty religiously to 1100-1300 calories but yesterday I was at 1625 calories and I lost 1.4 lbs from yesterday to today. So far today I've had two hard boiled eggs, a piece of watermelon, 2/3rds of a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter to dip the banana in, and a beef burrito. I was starving at l0 so I decided not to deprive myself and got the burrito. So far I am at 671 calories for the day. Lunch will be a small piece of chicken, a little rice, and some asparagus. I don't know what dinner will be. Trying to hit 1400-1600 calories today.
