One lb down. Not being too hungry. Wanting to avoid heartburn is a very effective motivator. I need to start exercising, i really have not been doing anything. Altho thats okay, i cant juggle too many changes at once. I do feel like i am making eating this way a habit. Next week i will be out of oranges but i have small cans of pineapple, diced peach cups, and applesauce. Only next wednesday is officially spring break here. Im gonna try to get some chores done today and tomorrow, i am feeling pretty good.

I lost a little weight. I've been having to eat soft foods because of a problem with a tooth. That is helping me to lose weight.

This morning I had a donut from Krispie Kreme that I got a few days ago. Then I got an iced latte and a dragonfruit refresher from Dunkin Donuts. I had a little bag of skinny pop popcorn around 10. I just now had an Atkins shake. Probably around 1-2 Im going to have a Cesar salad kit and a cucumber. Dinner is going to be some pork tenderloin. I have down 1,262 calories.

I ended up having a cup of Kraft spaghetti instead of the salad. So Im at 1,250 instead. Although the quality of what I ate today was pretty bad.

I don't understand it. I've put on a couple of pounds. Oh, NVM. I just realized I forgot my water pill and I've been having a lot of canned soup. I guess I'm just maintaining. I better take my water pill before I swell up like a balloon.

Yesterday I had oatmeal for breakfast and a banana. For a snack I had a tablespoon of smooth peanut butter and a glass of milk. For Lunch I had Panda Express Super Greens, Panda Express Green Bean Chicken, and a fortune cookie. I had a banana for an afternoon snack. For dinner I had homemade chicken noodle soup and a slice of toast with a thin spread of peanut butter. 1329 calories for the day and I lost 1.2 pounds from yesterday to today.

169.4 today. 2 pounds since yesterday. I have not been drinking much diet soda. Ive heard diet soda can stall your weight loss. I did buy a couple cases today though. Ive been drinking a lot of Gatorade. I also have an iced coffee every day. Ive been working on eating more vegetables and protein. Today I had a coffee Coke and a piece of cheese around 2AM. Then I had the new chocolate cold brew cold foam coffee from Dunkin Donuts. For lunch I had 2 cups of leftover Kraft spaghetti. Dinner will be 2 pieces of baked chicken with dill pickle seasoning. Ill also have a cucumber today too. 1,234 calories.

I don't seem to be losing any more weight. I'm not sure what the problem is. I give up. I'm going to quit worrying about it.

The scale looked like it was down a pound. I need to pee and poop (sorry, tmi!). I should probably Windex the scale, it might help!

I ate weird yesterday! I tried that mixing a can of pumpkin into oatmeal. Next time im gonna cook the oatmeal before i add the pumpkin, even tho i SPECIFICALLY followed a nytimes recipe - worthless! The oatmeal it was like it stayed crunchy ALL DAY!!! I had it for breakfast and lunch. I cooked about half a cup dry. For dinner i had grits, 3 instant bags, i was starving. Fruit was pineapple and peach dice and will be that for the next ten days, so i wont mention it again until it changes. Also coffee. I did amazon order some canned turkey and roast beef, and some york sugarfree peppermint patties, and some stella doro cookies, margerites.

Yesterday I had oatmeal, a banana, and milk for breakfast, a banana for snack, a shredded beef and cheese burrito for lunch and an orange, one bite sized milky way, diet dr pepper which I am trying to not have today and for dinner I had spaghetti. Total calories 1350 Weight loss from yesterday to today 0.8 lb.

Looked like a solid 255! so maybe down another lb, without p&p yet! I had a weird dream last night, i was half awake and my stomach was just feeling nice and light and empty (i carry my weight in my belly, big time).

So far today i made a soup of half a cup dry of whole wheat penne, some cauliflower rice, sodium free onion buillion, and a canned chicken packet. And nooch. Not super flavorful, but 255!!!

I dont mind eating crappy as long as i can see some results. Usually i eat blah and nothing happens, so i probably give up too soon. I was thinking of jimmy johns today, but i made this soup instead. I thought, in weight watchers terms, 0 points instead of ALL my points! Plus probably getting an upset stomach. And feeling like i gave up.

Somebody on the WW site yesterday wrote, you dont need willpower if you have habit and order, something like that. Something to fall back on? A soft place to land, as dr phil says. I feel like i am finally taking care of myself and it is not an overwhelming task. And no one will interrupt me at it. THATS a biggie.
