weighed myself today after a few days and it went back down a pound (was down 2 then back up 1)...but then I weighed myself again an hour later and it went back up a pound. ugh! why did i do that? why did IT do that?? I didn't eat or anything. Just had water and I thought I'd passed that! Trying to lose weight can be so frustrating!

I got a deluxe box from Taco Bell today. I had the chips and cheese, and the 5 layer burrito around 9:30. I had a bag of pirates booty at 11. I had the Doritos taco at 1. And the chalupa at 3. Total it was 1,240 calories for the day. I had a variety of diet sodas and seltzer’s. I know not healthy but at least I ate throughout the day and my calories were ok.

I experienced deep depression today,I got up early and had to go to the post office, bank and opticians to pick up my new glasses.
I lost control,I ate about 6 times and I overate and drank alcohol too,I ate at the pub and cafe this week too and I was meant to stop doing that this week.
So I ate about 3,000 calories today the other days stay at 1500 and 1800 but I was supposed to stick to 1500 a day but this week I failed.
Still I am not going to beat myself up,I need to do better next week, next week starts on thursday cos that is the day I go to weight loss class and get weighed.
I hope the leader of the class doesn't tell me off and gives me more time to get it right.Next week I also want to do an hours weight lifting three days out of the 7 that week.

I am not going to be downhearted about this whole losing weight and getting healthy I am going to be as positive as I can.

It’s best to weigh at the same time every day and preferably first thing in the morning since weigh the least before eating breakfast. It’s normal for weight to fluctuate throughout the day by a pound or two, and more if exercise for hour or more can lose one or more pounds in sweat. Then need to replace each pound in sweat lost with approximately 16 ounces water and need electrolytes if exercise more than 45-60 minutes.

Zapatoes I know but I'm borrowing my folks scale, so I can only weigh when I can get over there.

Wanted to weigh again since being sick, in hopes that I've lost weight, but I've too sick to visit folks. And my appetite is coming back, I fear I'll just go back to where I was anyway. Sigh! We will see though. Maybe by next week I can get over there, or even this weekend.

I’ve been maintaining my weight between 168 and 173 since Christmas. It’s been rough though. Going back on birth control really threw me for a loop and I gained 16 pounds because of it.

My pants are falling off and my stomach looks really flat. I doubt I’ve lost anything though. I’ll weigh myself in a few hours.

I am hoping to get a reasonably priced treadmill for my birthday which is in Feb. It is the only thing I was able to do consistently when I went to the gym. Plus I get up so early I wouldnt feel safe walking outside and I am naturally a morning person and would love to work out at like 5

169 today. So no, I’m not really losing anything. At least my appetite has been down since switching the birth control to 1AM. Today I’ve had a couple servings of Life cereal, an iced tea, half a cauliflower crust pizza, and a ice cream bar. Everything added up to 880 calories. That leaves me with 400. Probably just going to have a Lean Cuisine for dinner.

Diet not going well, actually I am not supposed to call it a diet it is a lifestyle change. But I am eating way too many calories and not doing enough exercise. It doesn't help that the weather is really bad, cold wet ,windy.I am writing down everything I eat but not really hitting the mark to lose the weight I need to yet.

Weighed myself today. Down another pound. I've reached my first goal. Now just not to gain it back. I still have like 37lbs to go for my ideal, but my realistic is now 7lbs to go.

Thing is, I'm back to my regular diet mostly, but hubby brought this platter for us for the past few days and in it was salad and hummus. I was primarily eating low carb high fat and high protein. The ideal diet. But I hate making salads on my own, plus they never seem to stay as fresh and I also won't have hummus. I dunno. I just fear going back to poor diet because I'm both lazy and can't always get out for fresh produce when necessary. Well, let's see.

I got Panda Express today. I basically just picked at everything. Ate a little bit here and there. The Panda Express was the only thing I’ve eaten today and I haven’t had any of it since 1:30. My doctor upped my Topamax to 100 twice a day but I just started the double dose tonight. I got this Apple cider vinegar honey drink from the grocery store I thought I’d give it a try. I heard Apple cider vinegar is supposed to help you lose weight. So I’m hoping to lose a good amount of weight with that and the upped topamax and I’ll also be getting off my birth control in a few weeks. The last time I weighed myself I was 168.

170 today. My doctor is confused as to why I’m not losing weight. But the topamax is decreasing my hunger at least. My mom said this happened to her when she was around the same age as me and no matter what she couldn’t lose. My doctor is also going to have my therapist refer to me to a nutritionist. So far today I’ve had 870 calories.

I went to weight class and got weighed today,I have lost another two pounds, which I am pleased about,it seems I only have to reduce calories a bit about 700 a day to lose weight,to maintain weight I would eat 2700 calorie a day,if I reduce by 700 I can lose a pound a week.
Let's see how I get on this next week!

167 today. Weird but I’m happy. I drank a bunch of apple cider vinegar and green tea yesterday though. I heard that stuff is good for weight loss. And the increase in topamax too.
