I'm going to try to minimize my intake of sugar. I will avoid sweet treats that have become a regular part of my diet. I will start tomorrow since I have two days off and can deal with withdrawals. I crave it so bad we didn't have sugar at Christmas I went home and ate sugar stuff for dinner.

I need to regain control and hopefully lose some weight in the process. I will only allow myself fruit, which is also sugar but that is healthier and should keep me away from the cookies, I hope.
