I do not have this under control. I've gained 4 lbs. Since coronavirus started. I'm stating to run out of my go to snacks. Another week before being paid. I really can't stop stress eating..

Dear Aviza,

I am so very, very sorry that you are in the situation you describe. It is awful. I can really feel for what you are going through since I am going through something similar. Some nice people gave me a box of food but most are meats and I don't eat animals.

Stress eating is something quite familiar to me from sad personal experience so my heart goes out to you!

Sincerely yours, -- Yao Wen

Emotional eating means that you eat for reasons other than hunger. You may eat because you're sad, depressed, stressed, or lonely.
