My gut is huge, don't know if I'm bloated or just fatter. I'm uncomfortable. Been walking feeling sore. This is not my week.

Belly fat is known as the most stubborn fat to get rid, you train 16 hard weeks to be in shape, and only 2 weeks are enough to bring u back when it all started,
Sugar, glucose, not enough moving, especially daily stress are the most increasing factors of belly fat
So, to reduce your gut, follow simple steps and try to make them your daily routine and you will touch incredible promising results, and certainty you'll be surprised and satisfied.
-Follow a healthy diet
-Reduce or dispose of some daily meals.
-Drink lot of water 8 glasses( it helps the digestive system)
-Drink a lot of green tea, tisane, blue vervain, these herbs eliminate toxins from the system, salts, fat...)
-walking fast at a least 4 to 5 days in a week for 30 minutes in a day to 45 minutes, and the more time you FAST WALKING the good results you get.
If you adopt this simple program and you keep up with it, you'll reach an achievement in 2 weeks
Thanks for this!

These feelings have nothing at all to do with the actual size of your body. It’s possible to feel slim when you’re still carrying extra weight, or feel fat even if you are skinny.
