I'm in an eating disorder clinic. I want to quit I'm gaining weight. I hate how i feel. I hate how i look. I want to go back to dieting with new better information I've learned from the eating disorder clinic. Am i just in a slump? Should i give the clinic more time? Or should I take what I've learned and get back to healthier eating.

What are your treatment goals with this clinic? Did they give you a prognosis for your long-term care?

No i really don't know their plan. They said treatment depends on you. Well i feel like I'm in the middle but i still want to quit i cancelled all appts. Called my diet coach. I learned eat consistently to avoid binges. No foods are off limits. Which has really opened my mind. Like a sense of relief. I've trying to eat like a diabetic most of my life to avoid it. Worried by following them I'm getting back to pre diabetes. Want to regain control of my health.
