Good evening, I'm wondering what tips anyone may have for me to deal with the quick 20 lbs I've put on just in the last two months while taking a low dose of Seroquel then switching to Zyprexa. I've had neck surgery and, I'm going to be having back surgery soon. I know I need to eat less and exercise more but, that seems impossible while in the midst of a severe bipolar, difficult to treat depression. I don't think my skeletal system can handle any more weight. Needless to say, this is causing me stress and anxiety, not to mention, chronic pain. Helpless in West Virginia.

Have you considered more weight neutral atypical antipsychotics?
