I reduced my calories by about 1000 a day to 1400. It was easy to start after being sick. I tried eliminating sugar didn't last a weekend at mom's., but stayed in calories. I'm kind of still not having the appetite i used to have. Which helps a lot. So I'm hoping i can make this last like forever.

Great job! Sugar takes weaning off depending on how addicted u are to sugar stuff. First, I cut out sugar soda. But I would still have a small dessert I baked, that day. But I eliminated my 4 sugar soda daily habit, completely. 4 cans of real Pepsi equals a lot of calories. Once u seriously watch your sugar consumption, then start cutting it down. U will find u don't crave sugar, as much. Cut it down in smaller steps.
