Well i know they are a solid and affordable program. I regained most of what i lost but i need the structure of points. I'm not as motivated but I'm giving it a try. Got 60 percent off membership.

Hi, Aviza! Do you mean weight watchers? I knew a very nice lady who was using their program & praised it. I felt happy for her because she had friends from there & it did seem like she was experiencing the word you're using, structure. I think you are kind of listening to your gut feelings. Personally, I feel that's usually the best way to go. Also, I like the old saying, "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again." Fingers crossed for you!
