I think my vertigo med makes me hungry as well as the zofran. I’ve noticed a pattern with both of them. I took the vertigo med Sunday night and I was 164.4 yesterday and I was crazy hungry again yesterday. Like I was the other day when I took the med the night before. I took 2 of the vertigo meds last night and my hunger has been decent. But I weighed myself today and I was 169.4. I expected to be like 167 not 169. But anyways I threw out the vertigo meds and also the zofran. Today I had a full calorie soda and a big coffee. But I also ate some rice cakes and soup without the broth and crackers. I have a yogurt for dinner. I have down 1320 calories. I’m sure the extra weight will come off in a couple of days.

And now I feel like throwing out the zofran was a mistake. It’s in the big garbage bin in the garage that is pretty much empty. There’s no way I can get it out.

I weigh about the same. I've been snacking at night, which is not good. I have to quit that.

I read last night on Reddit that A lot of trans men are like 230-350 pounds. And here I am freaking out when the scale reads 170. Today I had around 1200 calories. I had a bowl of cereal and a grilled cheese sandwich and a Pepsi and some homemade soup. I had no idea on the calories on sandwich or the soup. I took a walk but it wasn’t much of one. But I actually did something besides just sit in bed. I was 169 today. Still not a big deal. But not where I want to be. I assume tomorrow I’ll be like 168. I’m maintaining right now and I am fluctuating between 164 and 169. but I’m dealing with a lot of stress right now and it’s better then gaining.

I did more of intuitive eating today then actual calorie counting.

My intuitive eating went well last night. I weighed 166.6 today. So far I had a bowl of honey comb cereal, a bottle of fruit bunch body armor, and a serving of Goldfish crackers. I’m gonna try to lay off the tea today since it has been causing anxiety. I don’t know what else I’ll be eating.

My weight is fluctuating. I'm not sure what I think about it. I think I need to drink more water.

I weighed 157.6 lbs today. I'm trying to eat balanced without falling back into either restricting or bingeing which is hard. But I think I did a good job today

I quit vaping the other day so I've been eating more. I have to really be careful. I don't want to mess up my progress. I'm eating things like cereal, yogurt and rice/vegetables. So it's not really bad.

I was 165.8 the first time I weighed myself. Then I drank a Mountain Dew and weighed myself half an hour later and I was 166.6. So I basically stayed the same since yesterday. Despite eating healthy. Yeah my body just does not lose weight on a healthy diet. I don’t understand it and no one believes me, but it’s true. I had frozen broccoli and salmon for dinner last night and the scale didn’t move. The other day I had a bunch of crap and dropped 3 pounds overnight.

Today I had a bowl of Honey Comb cereal and the full calorie Mountain Dew. I’m trying to figure out my calories because I got the lunch special from a fast food place and you know when you say you want the “lunch” special you expect to get the lunch size portions. But they gave me full size servings. So I gave the second piece of pizza to my mom. And I’m just picking at the baked spaghetti because it’s huge and there’s a ton of cheese on it. I’ll probably eat half of it and give it to someone else. I had planned on having baked chicken for dinner. Most people would be super happy to get full size servings for the lunch special price. But I am not. I get confused and annoyed when I can’t track my calories accurately. People have reasons for ordering specific sizes of things. I’m working on doing more intuitive eating but today I just wanted to calorie count.

I saw a few pairs of Hollister pants that I wanted but they were too big. But I found a hoodie I thought looked too small and it fit great. In store clothes shopping sucks. Especially at thrift stores.

I get my period on Sunday. So that’s probably why the scale got stuck today. At least I’m not hungry the way I usually am when I PMS. I didn’t eat much at all of the baked spaghetti. Not even a quarter of it. There was just too much cheese. But I did have a macaroon. The soft cookie like ones. And then I had a tablespoon of peanut butter and I’ll have a piece of chicken. So I have no idea on my calories. I could be low. I could be a bit over. But today was for sure intuitive eating. I am confident I will lose more weight and eventually get down to my goal of 140.

From what I can quickly guesstimate I’ve had just about 1250 calories with dinner added in.

I was 165.6 today. I needed a cheat day and I usually have one on the weekend anyways so I just let myself have one. I had a Lion candy bar and a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter. I finished the bag of Goldfish I had already started a few days ago and I finished that stupid box of Honey Comb cereal I had been eating for days. I got a couple sodas from the gas station. I don’t really have any other plans for today regarding food. But I plan on sticking to what I have on the counter since I’ve already started that stuff. Which is Cookie Crisp cereal, tomato and basil Quaker rice cakes, and a couple other things I can’t remember. I also have an Oreo hot chocolate I got that I haven’t had yet.

Ugh. I ate way too much today.
I had:
A candy bar
3 bowls of Honey Comb cereal
Half a bag of Goldfish crackers
2 spoonfuls of Jif crunchy peanut butter
A piece of chicken
The rest of my spaghetti from yesterday
13 Macaroons
And 2 slices of pizza.

I also had
2 large gas station sodas
A large Oreo hot chocolate
And a can of orange Vanilla Coke. Along with tea and other sodas.

I weigh 170. Which I’m not surprised. I actually thought it would be higher. I mean I ate 1300 calories just in macaroons yesterday. Today I don’t feel ravenous at all. I’ve had a bowl of Cookie Crisp cereal for breakfast, and a kiwi drink and 3 tomato and basil rice cakes for a morning snack. I plan on having more cereal and peanut butter throughout the day and then I am going to have salmon and frozen cauliflower for dinner. I have down 1244. But I am not sure exactly on the drink from Starbucks since it was made special.

Goodness, I've ticked up to 205...and that makes sense bc my clothes feel tight.

I'm committed this week to following my weight loss rules.

1. Smaller breakfast
2. No wine on week nights
3. Workout 5 times
4. Get my 10k steps a day.

I have been eating a way too large breakfast lately and throwing off my calorie intake. And with the pandemic I was having a glass of wine almost every night. Gotta stop that.

I'm going to get this weight back off. I was 183 before the pandemic and dropping.

I've not been hungry but I'm eating something cause I know I should. I'm eating fruit, deli turkey, swiss cheese, rice and vegetables.

So far so good. Had avocado toast and two hard boiled eggs for breakfast, 350 calories. Almost half the calories I have been downing the past month (maybe longer).

Walked 1+ miles today so far. Have to do 2 more walks or 1 long walk.

I'm up a little bit. I guess stress is getting to me. It's hard to quit vaping. I will try drinking more water today and eating less. I've been doing housework so I'm getting a workout.

Despite going from sedate sitting around to 4 days a week of aqua fitness classes I’ve lost no weight. This is very disappointing. 45 minutes of vigorous exercise and no weight loss. My eating has remained the same.

I was 168 today. I was expecting to be a bit less but I weighed myself about 1.5 hours later then I usually do. I went to sonic at 8 to get some cheese fries and a coffee. I had planned on going to Applebee’s for lunch but I decided not to. I had a can of orange Vanilla Coke for lunch. My afternoon snack will be a tablespoon of peanut butter and a rice cake. Dinner will be a piece of salmon. I have down 1235 calories.

I did well with lunch and afternoon snack. I was kind of starving by dinner and ate too much. But I'm going to take Andy for a walk/run in a bit, so I'll burn some of it off.

But still, better than in past days where I overate at all meals. For day 1, I'll take it.
