I’ve been slacking on my weight loss because of my high anxiety. So I’ve been taking meds that make me hungry at inconsistent times instead of right before I go to bed. I weighed myself this morning and I was 171. I’m pretty sure that’s legit what I weigh since this eating pattern has been going on for several days. Today I had cereal for breakfast and then I went out to lunch and I had a small sirloin steak and a sweet potato with everything on it. I may have some cereal although I’m very tired right now. I’m at 950 calories right now.

I'm at 277. My lowest was 276. I've been this weight for a week now. I guess it's not bad considering I've quit vaping. I really wish I was at 275. I want to start moving in the right direction.

I’ve also been drinking full calorie sodas and iced coffees again. The reason my weight was heading in the right direction in the first place was because I quit that stuff or limited myself to one a week. I have quite a few full calorie bottles of sodas since 3 kinds of Mountain Dew came out around the same time. I do also have plenty of zero sugar stuff and 4 unopened zero sugar and diet cases though.

I am in my 3rd month of induced menopause and the weight just keeps climbing.... I've worked out on my treadmill everyday and been very diligent about cutting back on my eating but yet here I am up 35lbs in 3 months I just want to cry.....

Today I weighed 167.2. Man does this weight come on and off quickly. That’s why I have to be so particular. Yesterday for dinner I had about 1/4 cup of pasta. So I was under 1100 calories. Today I plan on eating a combination of healthy and not healthy foods. I plan on having harvest pasta and butternut squash pasta sauce for lunch, and Salomon and quinoa for dinner. For breakfast I had 2 cups of Cookie Crisp cereal. For my morning snack I’ll have a chocolate Dr. Pepper and for my afternoon snack I’ll have a tomato and basil rice cake and a serving of Goldfish crackers. I have down 1,216 calories.

I was posting in the wrong thread. Anyway today i weighed myself on the gym scale. 251. Pretty cool. Its one of those scales where you have to mpve the little weights over on the arm. It was really cool being at 1 lb. I dont remember seeing the next level down, altho i know i was there about 20 years ago, i was about 20 lbs lighter.

I know ive been eating a lot less sweets for the past while. I was listing them and i deleted it! Ive also been overeating less often. I have learned that after i have had a serving, not to have a second, even if i think i am still really hungry; i have fruit or veg. Also i dont keep white bread in the house. Also stopped with the peanut butter. Dairy of any kind is an occasional treat.

I need to track this on my WW account. Or maybe i will wait and see what it reads on my home scale. I put on a pair a jeans that were new but i dont remember wearing. I was feeling slim! But i am definitely getting old ladys body!

I really wanted a burger and soft pretzel sticks yesterday. So I had that for lunch around noon. I had cereal for breakfast. Then I had a glass of cranberry juice around 5 and then I took a Benadryl and slept through dinner. I was 168.2 today. I weighed myself at 2:30 because I wanted to drink stuff.

I gained a little weight. I don't know why. I try hard to eat right and drink enough. I got exercise today cause I had to walk a long way to and from my doctor's office.

Darn weight watchers! My previous weight there was 248, so it was like i gained 3 lbs! Well good thing i have them to keep me honest. But it was on different scales, clothes on, late afternoon etc, which is not my usual weigh-in protocol. It still felt good to be hovering around 250 for a change.

I was 167 this morning. At the doctors with shoes shorts and a hoodie I was 172. So I’m just maintaining. I’m not sure what I’ll eat today. I’ve already had a candy bar, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a small cheese fries from Sonic. I also had a regular orange Vanilla Coke and a medium French vanilla iced coffee. So I’m already over a thousand calories. The candy bar, Coke, and peanut butter were eaten between midnight and 2:30. So I’m not sure if they should be counted. Basically today I just plan on doing intuitive eating. I’m not very hungry anyways and I’ve been good at not eating when I’m not hungry. Sometimes a little bit too good.

I’m wondering if it’s worth it to be dieting right now. While trying to balance everything else out that I’m dealing with. I’m trying to lose weight as well and this may not be the right time to do it. Maybe I should just give myself a break especially since I had 2 sodas and a cup of hot chocolate today so my food intake in general would be pretty low if I stuck to my 1200 calories.

I was at 276 this morning. So that's been my lowest. Maybe tomorrow I will hit 275. I haven't been that hungry today. I've been doing a lot of work around the house. My back is getting better.

I've been steady at 156.6 lbs now the past several days, down from 156.8 lbs since the 17th of September. I'm hoping to get down to 120 by a year from now

I hit 275. I'm happy. I'm getting close to my 270 goal. I will have to celebrate somehow. A healthy celebration. Then my new goal will be 250. I bet my back will be in great shape by then.

I was 170 today. I’m trying not to overeat but not to deny myself what I want either. I am trying to ease up on the soda though. I need to do some legit grocery shopping because I really don’t have any food besides snacks candy cereal and ramen.

But I’m pretty sure sleeping badly for so long has something to do with why I’m not losing weight and am hungry a lot of the time. It’s called decision fatigue.

I weighed myself at 4AM and I was 171 I think. Or 172. Then I weighed myself at 7 and I was 170. I’m hoping to be below 170 tomorrow. For breakfast I had a piece of sourdough bread and a serving of Cookie Crisp cereal. For lunch I had a frozen vegetable lasagna. I just had another piece of bread. I’ll have a fruity Kit Kat for an afternoon snack. Then dinner will be this roasted vegetable potato in a shallot sauce thing I got today. I’m at 1,242 calories.

I went to Walmart this morning and got legit food. I still need to buy more stuff. I’ll probably get a big order either on Saturday or Sunday.

When I checked my weight this morning it was 155.6 lbs, so I've lost another pound

I was 169.8 today. I am just focused today on eating enough to get me through Tomorrow night. So I’m not dieting. But tomorrow I won’t be able to eat most of the day and then I probably won’t feel like eating after. So I do expect to lose some weight. Even when I got my braces on in 2016 I lost 11 pounds in less then 2 weeks because eating freaked me out. I was worried a wire would fall off or something. Not to mention my mouth really hurt. I think that was the main reason I wasn’t eating.

I dropped down to 273 but then went back up the next day. I guess that is normal. And I've been stress-eating. It's all healthy stuff like carrots and rice and beans. But still, I just want to eat when I'm hungry.

I was 169.8 yesterday morning. I only had an 80 calorie Gatorade and then then a 90 calorie body armor water. I did have a 200 calorie Sprite at 1AM but that’s all I’ve had since 4PM Thursday. I look huge because of fluids and my shirt is big on me despite it being a boys XL. I’m also wearing baggy sweat pants so I really am letting things all hang out. I do think I will lose some weight. I think I read that hysterectomies themselves cause weight loss and also make losing weight easier. But 6 weeks of recovering does it too.

I plan on having some beef broth and some blue jello as soon as my mom gets up and is able to make it for me. I’m hungry not for any heavy foods even though I don’t have any dietary restrictions besides soda.

I’m glad I got my grocery shopping done yesterday and I don’t have to deal with any grocery store pickups today and I also went in person so I got to choose more things.
