I haven’t weighed myself yet. Yesterday I had 664 calories. I had a couple bottles of body armor, some beef broth, a jello, a pudding, 2 saltine crackers, and a 4 pack package of Lorna Dune cookies.

So far today I had the potato’s I couldn’t eat yesterday, a venti pumpkin spice iced latte, and a dragon drink from Starbucks. I’ll try to eat a can of roast beef for dinner. Right now I’m at 751 calories without the roast beef. I had my latte with nonfat milk to make it a bit healthier so I’m not sure if the calories I have down are exact or not. I’m probably under 751.

I guess the non fat pumpkin spice lattes have 330 calories instead of 480. So I’m actually at 611 right now.

I made a really good effort this week and am down almost 2 lbs. My boyfriend and I even went to have Indian food for dinner last night. And I was quite full but I did push food away rather than overeat. But then we walked like a good 2 miles after dinner just walking around our neighborhood and the big outdoor shopping center and farmers market.

Going to do even better this week. Goals are 10k steps a day, 30 min exercise every day (at least) and cook my meals as planned.

I only lost one pound since Friday morning. Despite not eating much since and just eating light on my stomach foods when I do eat. Does anyone know if IV fluids can cause water weight gain? I was expecting to be like 164 today but I was 168.8. I also haven’t used the bathroom in days and I’ve been taking a lot of meds for constipation that have just been sitting in my stomach and not moving.

I’ve had a can of whole potato’s and a glass of pumpkin spice cold brew coffee today. I don’t know what else I’ll be eating but I’m going to try to watch the sodium. I’ve been eating a lot of broth these past couple of days.

I'm 272 today. I've lost 40 pounds. I feel pretty good about that. It's much easier to do things now.

I was 166.6 today. 4AM is a good time to weigh myself. I may have had a bit too much sodium though. So I’ll see what I weigh in the morning.

I was 168 today because I ate a kinda big chocolate chip danish last night. My mom had gotten it for me yesterday morning and I originally said I didn’t want it but then I felt bad that she spent the money on it so I had it for dessert. Also my sodium intake was kind of high yesterday and I weighed myself at 6:30 instead of 4. But basically it was the danish.

So far today I’ve had 2 pieces of bread, a Pepsi, some cauliflower gnocchi, and a string cheese. I plan on having 2 more pieces of white bread, a container of jello, and a can of double noodle soup without the broth for dinner. I’m at 1,134 calories right now minus whatever for the broth in the soup and I also didn’t measure out the cauliflower thing exactly.

My goal is to be 160 by the end of the month. 158 by Thanksgiving.

I just weighed myself and I was 169 with pants and a shirt on. I didn’t realize using the bathroom so much caused weight loss like that. That’s like a 3 pound weight loss because yesterday I was 171 when I weighed myself at this time with clothes on.

Gym scale today was 247, which is my lowest WW reading this century, actually in 5 freakin years. I didnt wear my jeans today, just a tshirt dress.

Ive been having a cup of cube broth for dinner for the past few days. It seems like a good winter habit to get into. I usually have a fairly substantial late lunch, so i dont really want a 3rd meal too late in the evening.

Gotta say, i loooooved watching the 250 weight block crash land on the bar scale! Let me just push that back up there for ya!

I was 167.4 today. I watched my sodium. I didn’t have any soup or broth or any canned stuff actually. I ate fairly healthy. I did have a couple full calorie sodas and a couple pieces of bread for breakfast. at 10 I had some cheesy potato’s from Taco Bell. But I also got a bean burrito which is one of the healthiest items on the menu. I also had a bag of cauliflower and for dinner a piece of chicken with dill pickle popcorn seasoning on it. Its meant for popcorn but it’s really good on chicken. I also had some very burnt basically inedible grilled frozen eggplant. But my weight is now saying 172 when last night it said 169. So I don’t know. This isn’t what I was expecting. I thought I’d be losing pretty quickly after the surgery. Maybe I just still have fluids in me and I’m still bloated or something. My mom says not to worry about my weight right now.

Is cube broth like a cube of chicken stock but in hot water or something? Maybe I should try that. My mom used to give me cubes of chicken stock just to suck on when I was a kid.

I just asked my mom if she remembered that and she said I’d beg for one. I was for sure a weird kid with undiagnosed pica.

Yeah just that i boiled some water and put a cube in it. I also added some kimchee seasoning to spice it up. The kimchi jar says it has probiotics in it. I dont eat much yogurt, like hardly any dairy, so im glad i found kimchi for probiotics.

I used to work with a body builder guy who used cube broth when he dieted. He was like, 5 calories!!! That was 40 years ago, i wonder what he looks like now. Probably still better than me!

I didn’t know you could do that. I thought it was just for cooking. I got some today and made a mug. I got both beef and chicken. It’s way less money then buying cans of broth.

I didn’t weigh myself today. I woke up at 12:53 and I didn’t feel like dealing with being able to drink something and weighing myself too. So I put the scale under my TV stand and I’ll leave it there for awhile. I think on some article I read they actually tell you to put the scale away for the first 2 weeks

Anyways I didn’t eat much today. I had 2 regular sodas, a light and fit pumpkin Greek yogurt, a string cheese, a container of Kool aid jello, and a piece of white bakery bread. And the mug of broth. I’m at 705 calories for the day. I had an americano too from Starbucks. I just am not very hungry today. For dinner I might have some eggs and then I might have another yogurt too. But I’m not sure. I’m tired today.

I'm about the same weight. I'm still eating healthy. I bought a gym chair with resistance bands. I will start doing that. I'll start off slow and build up. It will be a good exercise for me. I took my trash out today, so I got to walk some.

Yummy dinner - a cream of mushroom cup of soup over a can of sliced white potatoes. I love mushroom soup, and i love potato soup. Im still a little hungry though. Maybe i will have a can of mushrooms. Still trying to follow that half-starch, half-veg meal plan thing.

So far today I’ve had a glass of pumpkin cold brew coffee, a Greek yogurt, 2 string cheeses, 5 saltine crackers, 2 bottles of low cal Body Armor, and a bag of Green Giant broccoli and cauliflower cheesy rice. I plan on having some Green Giant eggplant, another yogurt for a snack, and 3 eggs on a Thomas bagel thin for dinner. Despite all this I am only at 1,160 calories.

I’m trying to focus on healthy eating instead of the whole “still a size small *****” mindset that I have while eating unhealthy and still am losing.

That was a reference to a TV show I like when she was eating a hot dog and then said “still a size zero *****”

Once again I kinda ended up restricting. I mean I had my meals all planned out But cream soda dr. Pepper zero sugar is super filling. So my mom is picking up dennys and I’m getting a sirloin steak with broccoli, zucchini and squash, and dinner bread. I don’t feel like eating the vegetables so I’ll have those in the morning. I for sure want the bread though. So that now puts me at 1,130 calories for the day. Which has been pretty normal for me these past few days.

My Noom subscription should be ending any day now. It wasn’t a complete waste of money but it kinda was. I didn’t reach my goal and I couldn’t keep track of 4 articles a day to read. The food tracking wasn’t anything that the free version of my fitness pal app can’t do. It’s actually easier to track on MFP.

I did some stress-eating today. I didn't feel well emotionally. I hope that didn't mess me up. That's pretty much all I've eaten today. I'm just not hungry. It's not a good day. I will probably go to bed soon.

Ooh, cream soda diet dr pepper sounds amazing! I need a pop to make me burp sometimes i get something maybe once a month. Soda used to be a daily thing for me when i was working, esp as a social thing to "walk down and get a pop" with the other guys. It was never easy for me to be social like that.

I had a pretty giganto breakfast, a loma linda vegetarian pad thai over a can of sliced potatoes. Also a cup of red grapefruit, and a cup of coffee. At around 2 pm. Very late breakfast! I might do with just a cup of buillon tonight. I checked the spelling yesterday!

Right now i have no sweets in the house (yeah ate the last jelly bean last night!) and no white bread and no instant noodles. I do like broth or tea, esp sipping it from a cream soup spoon - i love that round bowl.

Eta - eh, that cup of broth is probably not enough! But thankfully the little store is closed now. Maybe i will have some beets.

They forgot my bread. The one thing I really wanted to eat. So I had the vegetables which put me even lower at 1070 calories. But the protein in the steak made me full and now I’m about to fall asleep. Plus my Tylenol made me nauseated. So I guess its done for today. At least what I did eat was healthy.

I need to go to the bakery in the morning to get some bread. I’ve been craving it really bad and it’s been mostly me eating it but my mom has had some but I’ve gone through 2 loafs in less then 2 weeks.

The day after my shot always makes me hungry. But it’s not as bad when I get it at night. When I used to get it during the day in the morning I’d be ravenous all day. Today I had a light and fit greek yogurt, a mint Aero candy bar, a piece of bread, a 20oz black cherry Pepsi, a bean burrito, and a soft beef taco from Taco Bell. So I’m at 1,160 calories right now. I’m pretty full right now so I’m hoping I can make it to dinner. I plan on having some eggs or a can of potato’s. So I’ll probably be at 1300 or 1400 calories for the day.
