I finally weighed myself. I'm 4 pounds heavier. So that's not too bad. I wish I could lose the weight. I will try. Today, I'm eating soups, rice and beans and zucchini. I'm not sure if I can exercise. It's below freezing today.

I had the usual today. Yogurt, cheese, an english muffin, an atkins shake, a cup of macaroni and cheese. I got a box of Atkins lemon tart bars and I had one of those. I also had a bottle of Starbucks coffee instead of going out to get coffee. I did get a grape flavored iced tea though from Sonic. But I had a ton of unsweetened iced tea all day and no soda. I put a 4 pack of Atkins shakes and the rest of the box of Atkins bars into my duffel bag so I could avoid being hangry and then end up making bad food choices. My calories today equal to 1'240. I'm staying at the hotel and not going to my cousins so I also packed some instant cups of Kraft mac and cheese for dinner.

I hid the scale. I woke up at 11:30 and I figured going back to sleep would be useless. So I drank a lot of hot and iced tea. Both unsweetened. So I knew the scale would show water weight gain. I had my usual cheese at 6:30 but I had 2 cups of pudding instead of a yogurt since the pudding is about to expire. I got a coffee but I had my usual Atkins products and instant Kraft mac and cheese. I am finally used to not having soda anymore and I gave an unopened 24 pack of Coke zero to my mom to give to my cousin for Thanksgiving. I'm at 1220 calories today. I could use a gatorade right now just for the electrolytes since I have a migraine and water isnt really helping.

I had a healthy turkey dinner today. The only bad part was the pecan pie. But I just had one slice.

I was 167 today which was actually a relief compared to how Thanksgiving, Friday, and yesterday went. Even though I never really went overboard except on Friday and Saturday for lunch.

Today I was kind of unusual in my eating. But I still stayed at 1,226 calories. I had the usual 2 eggs and 2 pieces of cheese and an Atkins shake but I also had a measured out 1.5 cup glass of chocolate milk and a purple sweet potato. I also had a cupcake pudding and 5 rice cakes. I drank a lot of unsweetned iced tea.

Because I can gain weight so fast and then lose it so easily I just really need to be particular about things so I can stay on track. For example this morning I was 164. I had been doing Noom sucessfully for 6 months and part of the plan is to weigh yourself every day because you do see changes every day.

Today I woke up at 3:30 so I weighed myself right before 4AM and I was happy with what I saw so I put the scale under my TV stand so I wouldnt be tempted to weigh myself again. Then I had 3 cookie butter cookies. Around 6 I had a pouch of tuna and a greek yogurt. At 9:30 I had 2 rice cakes. I got coffee right around 10. Lunch was an Atkins shake. I had my usual family size pitcher of unsweetened iced tea. Then dinner will be another yogurt and 2 cauliflower crusted chicken tenders. I have down 1,260 calories.

My weight is like a yoyo. It's really frustrating me. I think I'm eating too much. I slack off one day and then the next day I'm stressed.

I was 165.2 last night. I went a bit crazy. My brother has these gummy melatonins and I've been out of my regular stuff for several days. So I think thats whats been causing my increased hunger. I've noticed this before after taking them but it took awhile to detect what the culprit was. But I bought my regular stuff this afternoon so I hope the issue is fixed. For breakfast I had 2 pumpkin yogurts and a piece of cheese. Lunch was a bean burrito and a sweet lighting Mountain Dew. Dinner will be 4 cauliflower crusted chicken tenders and a hard boiled egg. I have down 1,270 calories. I'm pretty heavy on the carbs though.

Edit: my carbs arent actually bad. I was orginally going to eat 2 rice cakes which have the same amount of calories as the egg but then my daily carbs would have been my over 200. So to switch from the rice cakes to the egg brought my carbs down to 187 for the day. My daily goal is to stay under 170 but its way better then going over 200 and I am under my sodium goal and over my protein goal.

I was back to 164 excatly today. I'm really hungry but I've eaten today so theres no need for me to be hungry. For breakfast I had 2 Yoplait Oui yogurts. For lunch I had a bean burrito and a soft beef taco from Taco Bell. My afternoon snack will be a hardboiled egg and a piece of cheese. Dinner will be 4 cauliflower crust chicken tenders. I'm at 1,235 calories for the day. I'm over my protein goal, under my carbs goal. My sodium is kinda high at 2,740 mil. My goal is to stay under 2300. So hopefully that doesn't screw with me in the morning.

I'm just not sure whats up with this insane hunger. I think I'll go make a pitcher of unsweetened iced tea.

I went to a Nutritionist Last Year and Did Not like the Experience.

I was Recently Referred to a Nutritionist Again. I was also Recommended Grief Counseling, Which I Declined.

I Did Not Schedule an Appointment with a Nutritionist Because None of the Nutritionist in My Network are BIPOC. It’s Counterproductive, Triggering and a Waste of Paying a Co-pay.

The Barriers and Reluctance: Our Cultures are Not the Same, Each Culture has Different Frameworks, Approaches, Beliefs and Values.

Last time I checked my weight it was 163.4 lbs.

I got rid of all the sugary junk food in my apartment and will not buy more from now on so I'm hoping that helps me lose weight.

I ate almost an entire thing of baked brie for dinner. Without any crackers. I just dug a spoon in and ate it like that it. It was pretty good. But I gave my mom my vistril. I told her not to give it to me. To remind me when I ask for it that it makes me hungry. At least thats what I think the issue is. I mean unless its the zero sugar sodas I started back up on. I've been eating properly I shouldnt be this hungry unless its med related. I dont want to throw out the vistril because I sometimes do really need it. I'm honestly still a bit hungry but its controllable. Plus I'm too lazy to make anything.

Cheese isnt REALLY protein, its mostly fat. You might be hungry because you are low on protein? I know you count your macros, but sometimes i just need a jimmyjohns. Couple weeks ago i got a huge container of deli honey turkey, ate about ten turkey n cheese samwiches (yeah over a few days!), and that normalized my appetite for a while, i wasnt starving all the time.

Plus i think our cave person bodies just get hungrier at this time of year. Bodybuilders dont even TRY to lose weight, this is their off season. There has to be a real reason for that, i think.

I think its good for diets more because it doesnt have any carbs. Or very many carbs depending on the kind. I know thats why its an important food in keto.

I was only 165 today despite eating 1100 calories in cheese for dinner and then 3 cookies at 8PM. I also had a big tube of chocolate candies that had like 450 calories. So I don't know. I seem to just be maintaining right now around 165. But today I'm not hungry and I haven't taken any meds yet including my topamax. So I'm going to see how it goes without that. I seem to get hungry after I've taken it even though its supposed to decrease my hunger. I did eat a yogurt for breakfast and I got coffee. I plan on having cauliflower chicken tenders for lunch, 2 hard boiled eggs for a snack, and a purple sweet potato for dinner. I'm right around 1260 calories. I am 19 grams over my protein goal, just barely under my carbs goal, and about 130 mil under my sodium goal. I plan on staying away from soda today since I think that also increases my hunger. I made a big pitcher of Lipton decaf iced tea.

My psychiatrist prescribed naltrexone to go with my Wellbutrin (called Contrave when combined together) to help with weight loss, hopefully it's helpful because my antipsychotics make me really hungry all the time
