I was 163.8 today. I had a couple yogurts for breakfast. Then I had a glass of chocolate milk. I had a pouch of tuna around 9:30. I had a couple pieces of Kinder chocolate and I drank a pitcher of unsweetened iced tea. I plan on having another pouch of tuna and then 2 hardboiled eggs and some Kraft mac and cheese for dinner. I did have a few zero sugar sodas too. I am at 1,276 calories, 144 carbs, and 1,711 mil of sodium. I'm not actually doing anything specific right now. I'm not drinking the Atkins shakes or taking the topamax. I'm kinda just free styling it again. Iced tea helps a lot though.

I was 162.6 today. So I assume that means the soda my mom got from Sams Club was zero sugar. I wasn't sure. I had about 1350 calories yesterday. Which was about 100 calories over my goal but I was starving at 6PM so I had a yogurt. I know in Noom they teach you something called zig zagging. Where you eat a diffrent number of calories each day. So like one day you'd eat 1250 the next day 1350 etc. So far today I had a corn tamale at 4:30 and 3 pieces of Lindt peppermint truffles for a mid morning snack. Those are so good I like to just put the whole thing in my mouth and let it pop. I had planned on getting an unwhich from Jimmy Johns for lunch and then having 2 eggs, a piece of cheese, and a purple sweet potato for dinner. I'm not very hungry but all I did was go down on my shots but that was just 2 weeks ago so I dont think I'd be feeling anything from that yet. I have been drinking a large amount of iced tea each day. So I dont know. Today I am at 1,276 calories, 74 grams of protein, 100 carbs, and 2,255 mil of sodium. The sodium is pushing it a bit for me but I'm still under.

My appetite was really low today so I didn't eat much. I had a slice of pizza, a protein bar, and a slimfast shake made w/ almond milk and that's it for the day. I'm going grocery shopping Monday so hopefully I can get some healthy foods. I'm hoping it's the naltrexone/Wellbutrin combo that's it working to reduce my appetite. I don't feel ravenous like I normally do.

Ive been on a weird kick of eating Tasty Bite Madras Lentils over angel hair Palmini. Its like a vegetarian low carb-ish spag bol. Like for breakfast and lunch. then also fruit and "simple" chocolates. And coffee of course and tea. So around 1400 cals?

Weighed myself this morning. 162.6 lbs. Glad it hasn't gone up at all in the past week. Now hopefully it will start going down. I'd like to get back down to around 120 lbs.

I was 163 today. I had a lot of iced tea yesterday and I took my vistril for the first time in a few days which isnt weight friendly. Even though it doesn't cause weight gain its almost impossible to lose on it. So far I had a corn tamale at 7:30 and a coffee at 10. I'm not very hungry again and I do wonder if the decrease in my testosterone is the reason. Thats the only thing that is diffrent.

I went to Kohls today and I was happy with how my pants and jeans looked on me. But I don't understand tank tops. I got a large Fruit Of The Loom pack and couldnt even get it over my head. This is in a mens size. I also got a medium in another brand and it was too big the way medium shirts usually are for me. But I dont get how any guy can fit into Fruit Of The Loom tank tops.

So my mom is out again and she's returning the medium for a small. She said they also had a pack in black but I told her I'd stick with the white and get the black later. I dont know. Maybe she'll get me the black for christmas.

Being able to wear mens tank tops though was something I always wanted to be able to do but couldn't until I had top surgery. Tank tops in general were off limits because of my size. If I wanted to wear one I'd have to get a cut off T shirt from the boys department.

I was 165 today. I hate just throwing out the vistril but it doesent even really do anything for me besides make me hungry. Today I had some rice cakes and some small pieces of chocolate and a yogurt. I also had a cold brew coffee and a sugar free iced tea. But my hunger started when I took the vistril on saturday and sunday and before that I was fine. So I'm guessing thats the cause of it because my bloodwork came back normal so I know its nothing medical.

Started eating oatmeal for first meal, quick cook oats mixed with dehydrated strawberries and dehydrated cauliflower rice. Tasted okay. Seems like a good breakfast, eaten slow and not stuffed. Couldnt get any healthier.

My bathrobe tied closer today, like 2 or 3 inches! I was like wtf? I need to go weigh myself! But im still like 100 lbs overweight, so its not like it makes a difference really. Except that its a decrease.

I made a cake today and ate a big portion. I have lots of cake leftover. I think I might freeze some. But I don't see how it will help me lose weight.

My plans for the day to eat:

1 piece of wheat toast spread w/ avocado, salt, lime, and red pepper flakes
a slimfast shake, 1 piece of wheat toast w/ peanut butter and a banana
Celery and baby carrots w/ hummus
and for dinner I'm making shredded buffalo ranch chicken in my crockpot, and having it on a hamburger bun w/ lettuce, and I might have a very small salad w/ that

It's my 4th day on the Naltrexone/wellbutrin weight loss med, and it has dramatically decreased my appetite, it's actually hard to get myself to eat

I was 168 today. So I restarted the topamax and the Atkins shakes. I'm not sure whats up with this hunger. Last night I was beyond ravenous and all I did was take my regular meds. We ordered food and I ate all of mine and I finished my moms. But I threw out the vistril so I dont know. Today I'm trying to get things under control by eating at the right times and not having any soda. I got a few boxes of flavored unsweetened cold brew and iced tea today since iced tea does help. But yeah this hunger thing is just weird. Maybe it takes awhile for the vistril to get out of my system or something.
