I did have 2 premier protein shakes in the past hour. So that was 60 grams of protein right there. I had a can of potatos too with them for dinner.
Today I also ate an orange with my soup. Breakfast was bad though with just the yogurt and 3 sodas. But I drank an entire pitcher of unsweetened decaf Lipton cold brew tea. But yeah my diet isnt very good but I have been eating more fruit at least. Last edited by Mountaindewed; Dec 22, 2021 at 04:34 PM.. |

I eat once a day at Mcdonald's- chicken or Big Mac burger, salad, small fries, and iced coffee. I am losing weight. I walk around a little too daily. I think I am doing well and am able to fit in tight clothes now. I eat what I want. I drink a lot of water too now. I don't know if what I am doing is healthy but feel better overall since I am thinner. I do eat a little snack in the afternoon but not much. I feel fine.

I was 168.6 today. Yesterday I had about 1600 something calories including a piece of belguim chocolate Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and some orange Smarties chocolates.
So far today I've had an Atkins shake, a hard boiled egg, and 2 oranges. I also had a pitcher of unsweetened matcha iced tea and an orange vanilla Coke zero. I'm drinking a pitcher of unsweetened Lipton decaf cold brew tea right now. I plan on having the noodles out of a can of Campbells chicken noodle soup and some crackers for lunch. Then a can of potatos and a protein shake for dinner. My calories equal to around 1,230. I had a peppermint iced tea too but I had no idea on the calories so I just calculated the Starbucks peppermint syrup and put it at 60 calories. It wasnt very sweet but I have an extra 120 calories in case the drink was more then that. I don't have my zofran or my benadryl or my visteril anymore. All 3 caused hunger issues. So I'll see how things work out now. |

I joined a diabetes prevention program through my health insurance.
I received a food scale and jump rope in the box. I feel, I have a good balance of looking at ingredients and reasonable portion sizes. I don’t follow diet culture guidelines. My struggles I struggle with sweet cravings. It’s part of Hashimotos. I purchase smaller portions of sweets vs a whole pie or cake. I struggle with staying motivated. When I experience flare ups, I take emergency medications for a period of time and sleep a lot from the medications. This triggers my depression. Constantly sleeping and feeling like I’m missing out on life. It’s my goal to use the jump rope. I’m going to purchase a backpack to keep my water with me. I was still the same. I68.6. I am giving myself today and tommorow off but not to the extremes of other christmases. I had 2 pieces of cheesecake for breakfast but I skipped Panera for lunch and I'll either have soup or just wait for dinner. I'm not doing it so much to watch my calories I just don't want to feel sick like other years.
I did have a can of flamin hot Mountain Dew right after 3 sugar free Jellos. While it could have been a disaster nothing bad happened and I feel fine. |

I had Shipt a bunch of fresh fruit and veg yesterday - bananas, oranges, leafy greans, carrots, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and a bag of frozen brussels spouts. For lunch i had a salad of coleslaw and fake lobster with some walden farms zero thousand island salad dressing. Dinner was the brussels sprouts. The leafy greans i plan to steam up with my usual rice and potatoes and noodles and soups. The rest are to crunch on. I also got delivery of some canned lower sodium mixed greens. Ive really been craving greens. So either im sick or im getting healthier. |

No and no burping or acid refulx either, the kind where you burp up spicy stuff.
I did take some pepcid but it was because of a couple iced teas I had. I chugged them too fast. |

Ugh. I was 171.8 today. Thats what I get for drinking almost an entire bottle of eggnog when the nutrtion info says servings 8, calories per servings 240. I should have just left my scale where it was hidden.
I'm trying not to stress while also trying to enjoy my holiday. So far I've had 1227 calories before dinner. I had a piece of cheesecake for breakfast and 2 iced lattes from Starbucks. Lunch was a yogurt, a little individual cup of Lucky Charms and an orange. My sister and her family are running late but they are deep frying a turkey and making mashed potatos stuffed with bacon. Everyone is telling me not to stress so much. Its the holidays. But I kinda am stressing. At least those 3 increased hunger meds are out of my house. Thats what started all this in the first place. Now all I have to deal with is my now 1.5 week injection. I drank my daily huge pitcher of iced tea. I havent eaten anything in a couple hours. And as Robin Williams said in Mrs. Doubtfire "I pissed like a racehorse" a bunch of times. Now my stomach is flat and my hoodie and pants fit better. You dont need that fake dangerous slimming tea crap they sell. Just drink an unsweetened pitcher of Lipton iced tea and you'll be good. Last edited by Mountaindewed; Dec 25, 2021 at 04:04 PM.. |

Last night was ok until I took my geodon. Then it went downhill. I weighed myself at 11PM and I was 174. Then I was up most of the night and I had a few zero sugar sodas and a lot of water. I weighed myself around 6:30AM and I was 172.6
For breakfast I had 2 Chobani flips yogurts, a hard boiled egg, and 2 Quaker cinnamon apple rice cakes. Lunch was a little indivdual serving cup of Rice Krispies, an Atkins shake, and my last orange. I had 4 uncooked shrimp for a snack. Dinner will be the noodles out of a can of Campbells soup and 10 chicken n a biskit crackers. I also had a medium diet cherry vanilla Coke from sonic this morning. I am at 1,257 calories, 53 grams of protein, and 1,469 mil of sodium. So not the best protein wise but it was a variety of food and I ate throughout the day and fairly healthy. I'm hoping to be below 170 just based on how quickly my weight goes up and down. I just have one 80mil geodon to battle with tonight since I took one this morning. |

I have a small container of cherry tomatoes, a small bag of baby carrots, and a small bag of broccoli left. And a couple of oranges. I think Ive gotten in the habit of adding mucho greens to my heavy starch and light protein meals. Last night for a snack i just had the other bag of baby carrots with zero italian walden farms dressing and was surprised how stuffed i got but without any heartburn.
I took my diuretic today so i will weigh myself tomorrow. |

Last night at 11 I weighed myself without clothes on and I was 174. I just weighed myself now with heavy track pants and a T shirt on and I was 174. I have to weigh myself everyday because my weight changes so drastiscally from day to day. I have to be very particular in my calories and sodium mainly. Plus when I take my meds.

I Noticed Treadmills No Longer Work for Me…
When I’m on a Treadmill I Can’t Relax and Instead I Feel Overwhelmed. I Started Walking Outside. I Can Relax and Enjoy My Walk/Jog Outside. I Get Very Thirsty so I Need to Find A Lightweight Backpack to Carry Water, Cellphone, Epipen and Keys. I am now eating at a cheap dim sum place. They have so many dishes and are quite cheap. Today, I ate sesame chicken salad, dumplings, tapioca/ bean dessert, etc. So, I am eating here now and eating once a day still and drinking water for the rest of the day. Happy New Year!

I was 172.6 today. Which was sort of a relief to be honest. My meds have just been so wonky I've been taking them at really inconsistent times because of my severe anxiety and being out of one of my meds now for several days. I've been taking my hungry ones like at noon because of bad anxiety. Today I've been on track with my meds so my food choices and appetite have also been on track.
For breakfast I had an indviudal serving cup of Raisin Bran Crunch. Lunch was a single serve packet of Justins vanilla almond butter, 12 Chicken in a Biskit crackers, and the noodles out of a can of Campbells chicken noodle soup. So far for dinner I had a small orange. I plan on having a banana and a bowl of Quaker Oats blueberry strawberry oatmeal. I also had 2 zero sugar sodas this morning and a couple semi diet drinks from Sonic and Wendys. So I'm around 1200 calories but a bit heavy on the carbs at 216 but under my sodium goal. I did this oatmeal, cereal, noodles in soup, crackers, bananas, almond/peanut butter thing late 2020 and it was fairly succesful. The ED lady I spoke with in December 2020 said it was fine to eat this way but just to combine the stuff I was eating into 3 solid meals. |

I was 170 today. I had way too much to drink yesterday. I felt like I was bordering on water intoxication especially with the pitcher of tea I had last night. I did have 3 zero sugar Mountain Dews and 32oz of water early this morning. Which was a mistake. I had a can of Yoo Hoo around 10:30. Since then I've just had sips of water. I don't plan on making any iced tea today. My mom says that may be part of my stomach issues. I drink a huge pitcher every day.
To eat I had a packet of vanilla almond butter. Then I got a bowl from Chipotles. With the can of Yoo Hoo I'm right at 1220. I may just skip eating the rest of the day or I'll have a piece of fruit for later. My protein is really good at 90 grams and my carbs is at 140. |

I got up really late today, even for me. Yesterday was pretty stressful, what with an online GP appt and calling to find out why my booster shot kept getting cancelled, so stupid.
So todays very late brunch was a bag of black rice, a bag of refried pinto beans, and a can of seasoned mixed greens (turnip and mustard), topped with a watkins farms zero cal honey dijon dressing packet for some sweetness. As i was pouring the greens into a bowl to be heated up, i was like geez ive turned into Popeye. It was quite a yummy dinner, i was surprised. Sort of a buddha bowl but nothing fresh in it. I need to start sprouting. Anyway i think i found my niche. Im full but not too full. |

I was 168.2 today. I went to 5 Below and I got a couple 5 pound weights, an 8 pound dumbell, a 5 pound dumbell, and a cardio jump rope. I also stopped at the grocery stores for chips and cookies and little cups of ice cream since denying yourself that stuff is an automatic fail.
Today I've had a strange craving for peanut butter. I had some almond butter and a banana for breakfast along with a 20oz zero sugar Mountain Dew. The almond butter and banana were eaten seperatatly. People don't get how I can eat peanut/almond butter by itself Lunch was a Yoplait whips yogurt, a small orange, a cup of crunchy Jif to go and a serving of pretzel Goldfish. Dinner will be a can of potatos, 2 pouches of tuna, and another orange. I have down 1220 calories, 62 grams of protein and 157 carbs. My sodium is just over 2000. I try to buy indviudal packages of things instead of big bags because now I have a bag of Goldfish, a box of Chicken In A Biskit crackers, and a medium size bag of Fritos all opened at one time. I'm usuaully good about finishing something before opening something else. |

I was like 169.8 today. I'm not sure how I gained in the first place and how I gained so much on 1,170 calories of fruit, yougrt, nut butter, tuna, a serving of pretzels and an Atkins shake. My carbs were really good at 113 and my protein was 73 mil which is over my goal. I was way under my sodium goal too.
So far today I had a serving of pretzel Goldfish, a pouch of tuna, and 2 roasted red pepper egg bites. I also had a 16oz can of birthday cake flavor Mountain Dew and a trenta iced tea lemonade. My mom wants to get pizza for dinner so I was thinking of getting the indvidual size cheese one. That would put me at 1,210 calories, 59 grams of protein, 183 carbs and 2198 mil of sodium. I had the Goldfish around 2 this morning so maybe I should have another packet of tuna to even things out. |
