I was 165.4 today. So 2 pounds since yesterday. I am not very hungry and I am not eating much because I do not feel good physically. Therefore thats why the weight loss is happening. So far I had a packet of almond butter at midnight and a spinach feta egg white wrap and a trenta iced black tea lemonade with Splenda for lunch. I'm making a pizza now although I'm not sure when I'll eat it. With one slice of pizza and everything else I've had today I am at 840 calories. I dont know what else ill eat.

Edit: I ended up eating one piece of the pizza and then 2 Pop Tarts for dinner. So I'm at 1260 calories. I had some zero sugar soda this morning but I've just had water since 11AM. Not a huge amount. Just enough though.

So it wasn't really healthy today. But when I don't feel good I just focus on eating whatever I feel like I am able to eat so I'll at least have something in me.

I didnt weigh myself because I woke up at 2:30 and I wanted to be able to drink stuff right away and not have to worry about my weight being weird because I weighed myself 4 hours earlier then the day before. So I just put the scale under my TV stand.

Today eating has been tough. I had a couple Pop Tarts one at 2 something AM and then one at 5:15AM. Then I had an iced coffee with splenda and skim milk around 8. At 9 I got super light headed and I thought I needed to eat something with protein so I tried eating some canned chicken but my stomach was like "just joking!" And couldnt handle it. I did have a full calorie Pepsi and I had a small tube of Smarties chocolates which took me all day to eat. I plan on just forcing myself to eat a bag of cauliflower for dinner. So I am at about 1225 calories. Which is low, and a lot of that was in drinks.

I get my shot tonight so I'm not sure what that will do to my hunger. Typically the day after my shot I'm pretty hungry. But if I'm not feeling good, then I dont know.

Edit: I guess I miscalculated on the cauliflower and I only had less then 1,175 calories today. 380 of that was before 6AM. 315 calories in drinks. 210 calories in a candy bar. About 255 calories in actual healthy food. My therapist would be pissed.

I strangely went up a size in pants to the point I've had to buy a few new pairs in a bigger size. Despite losing weight and the same pants fitting fine at that higher weight. I don't get it really.

I gained a total of 10 lbs during 2021 which is definitely not bad considering the constant medication changes and medical treatments I received during 2021.

* I struggle with sweet cravings. Im in a diabetes prevention program. Were setting goals. Goals with an action plan. Im looking for ways to help with sweet cravings.

* I listed to a Thyroid podcast episode and learned that a lot of people with thyroid disease struggle with sweet cravings.

* I found an article 19 Foods That Can Fight Sugar Cravings. I like many of the suggestions.

* Fruits- I just purchased apples and bananas.

* Berries- On my shopping list.

* Snack Bars- On my shopping list. My fav snack bars are Tanka Bars.

* Legumes- Im work on increasing in my regular diet.

* Sweet potatoes- A big fav in my household.

* Yogurt- Im working on getting used to plain yogurt.

* Dates and trail mix- Ive purchased dates and dry fruits for on the go.

* Smoothies- My teenager makes smoothies and it does help.

* Poultry and Fish- I like salmon and tilapia.

* Fermented Foods- Ill be working towards increasing fermented foods in my regular lifelong diet.

* Whole Grains- I have a few vitamin deficiencies. I take B vitamins, magnesium, manganese and selenium. Ill definitely be working on increasing whole grains in my regular diet.

* Vegetables- I like a lot of vegetables. Im not too picky.

I was eating Mcdonald's for a while then switched to Chinese. Now, I am eating at home and eating fish, chicken, and salads. I do eat sweets occasionally. I'm trying to walk more each week. Tomorrow, I have to go out again so will walk outside. I don't think I am losing weight but am maintaining it. I feel fine but know I should lose some more weight when I feel like it.

I was 164 excatly today. I got a medium iced coffee and I've been snacking, still eating the serving sizes though, all morning. I had a pouch of tuna today too and a glass bottle of maple Coke. All I know is dinner is steak and mashed potatos.

I have 2 opened bags of Goldfish crackers. One is almost gone. Then I have an opened bag of Doritos and an opened bag of cheetos but I do end up finishing these bags eventually without eating them all at one time and without letting them go to waste.

Today was a bit tough on my appetite. I had a candy bar for breakfast. That was around 6:30-7. I got a matcha iced latte shortly after. Then I didn't eat again until 1:30. Which was just an unfrosted brown sugar Pop Tart. 45 minutes later I ate a can of double noodle soup without the broth. My nausea and heartburn is really tough right now but I'm going to try to eat the other Pop Tart. I'm low at 1,170 calories. But I'm not sure what else to do with how I'm feeling.

My doctor told me I need to be drinking gatorade for whatever medical thing I have going on. but it has a lot of sodium so I've just been watching how much I drink. I have a bunch of the zero sugar 12oz bottles.

I'm not really losing weight because I'm not eating enough for me to lose weight. For me to lose I need to eat about 1300 calories a day. But I've been struggling with making it to 1200 and often a quarter of those calories are at 1-3AM. So I've just been hovering around 165 pounds lately.

Did your doctor say why he wants you to drink gatorade? I am supposed to drink it daily specifically for the sodium. So if you don't know if you need that sodium boost you might want to check in with your doctor to be sure.

He said I have a viral infection. So I'm guessing its just for the fluids. He said I could drink propel too. I used to drink that a lot until I noticed my weight loss progress would completly stall. I googled it and saw other people had the same issue. I've been drinking Sprite zero sugar mainly.

I was 169.8 today thanks to my visteril I had no choice to take for 2 days because of out of control anxiety and I had to cut back on my valium or else I would run out early.

Today I've been ok without the visteril so I have not had an issue with my appeitite. I had a Pepsi, a Sprite zero with grape syrup, a dish of ice cream, and then 3 pieces of pizza eaten throughout the day. It was not the best, but just what I am used to. I plan on skipping dinner. I'm at 1,240 calories today. I had no coffee or anything. So I saved about 340 calories and didn't consume a lot of caffeine either or have the anxiety from it.

I was 168 excatly. I would have been happier with 167.8. Health experts are not really right when they say its just water weight and one cheat day is ok and the weight will come off if you just eat healthy the next day. For me a cheat day, which is usuaully more like a cheat night instead of a whole day, normally equals to a 4 pound weight gain and then it takes a few days to lose that 4 pounds before I have another cheat day. Which is why I am not really making any legit progress with my weight loss.

Today I've had about 1,320 calories. If I eat dinner. 100 calories less if I don't. I was kinda heavy on the sodium at 2,455 but overall it was not bad today. I had a pouch of tuna and a bag of steamed cauliflower dinner will be a piece of salmon if I feel like it. I had 4 cups of kinda healthy bagged popcorn which is not too bad of a snack. I had some ice cream and a Poptart too. But it was mostly healthy. I used distraction so I wouldnt think about my hunger.

I do agree that the weighing yourself everyday is bizzare advice even though I do it myself, but I learned some good things from Noom.
