I was 163.4 which isnt bad considering how long I was struggling to get under 164. I was expecting to be a little bit less, more like 162, but I was only gone 2 nights and I was not excatly sure on my calories Thursday since I had some cesar salad with a Iot of dressing on it and I was not 100% sure on breakfast yesterday. Plus I think I was more like 164.4 before I left instead of 163.8. Today my calories will equal to about 1,210. I can't really figure out what to eat today. My doctor raised my topamax to help my moods and anxiety so hopefully I feel less hungry and am able to lose weight. I know I'm not really hungry right now.

I was 163 excatly today. I doubt I'll be below 163 in the morning though. I have been fighting tooth and nail to lose this weight and its been super hard. My goal is 162.8 by Wednesday. I've had 1,550 calories although 460 were eaten around 1:30AM.

Yeah 163.4. What did I say. I don't know about tommorow but most likely still 163 something. My calories today will equal to about 1,270. I've had more water then normal so maybe that will help.

I was 162.6 today. Thats pretty low from yesterday and the way things had been going with my weight loss, but I'm not complaning. So far I've had a mini full calorie coke, a 20oz full calorie coke, a medium sugar free iced coffee, a 10 calorie Snapple, a pack of M&Ms and 2 string cheeses. I've also had 3 zero sugar Cokes. 2 were mini cans. I plan on having a can of potatos for lunch and then 5 scrambled eggs for dinner. I am at 1,290 calories. Since I am off my shots I don't have that hunger. The increase in topamax is also helping things along. My new goal is 130 pounds and if I lose just one pound a week I'd hit my goal by the end of this October.

I was still 162.6 today. I am glad though because I was worried it was a fluke or something yesterday and I was not standing on the scale all the way since it seemed so low. Today I was for sure on the scale all the way. I am not very hungry today but I do have my planned out 1300 calories. I got a lot of groceries this morning.

I was 161.6 yesterday. 161.8 today. My goal is 159.8 by the end of the month. I have not been below 160 since December 2019. I seem to be losing about a pound a week. My new goal is 130. If I lose 1 pound a week I'd reach my goal by the end of this October. Its just a ballpark number, if 140 looks ok then I'll stop there and start working on building muscle.
I overcounted my calories by mistake so I am only at 1,210 for the day. 90 of which I had at 1:30AM. My carbs are high too so my weight may be a bit messed up in the morning. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I was 164.4 on March 1st. Now I am 161.6. My goal is a pound a week. So I am ahead of schedule I believe. I am seriously hoping to be below 160 by April 1st. I had a can of chicken and dumplings this morning which had 3,120 mil of sodium. I just wanted it so badly for days. My entire day will equal to 1,213 calories, 93 grams of protein, 119 carbs, and about 3,970 mil of sodium. I'm hoping my calories, carbs and protein will outweigh my sodium.
I cut my calories down by 100 so I am trying to stick to 1200 instead of 1300. I think my metabloism might have slowed a bit. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I was 160.4 on Thursday, 161 yesterday. Then 161.4 today. This just happens. My weight flucates and I have to keep pushing and remind myself of the one pound a week end of October goal thing. Plus yesterday I had 1500 calories and almost 3000 mil of sodium. I'm suprised I didn't legit gain. Today my calories will equal to 1200 and my protein is at 60 grams, my carbs are at 159 and my sodium is at 1,345 mil

I was 160.8 today. I weighed myself at the same time as yesterday. I'm happy to be below 161 for the second time this week. So far I had a full calorie Coke, a chocolate matzo cracker, an iced coffee and a pouch of tuna. I plan on having half a Quest pizza and a weight watchers TV dinner. I will be at 1,218 calories, 71 grams of protein, 159 carbs, and 1,947 mil of sodium. So hopefully tommorow I'm more like 160.6

I was 159.8 today and I'm super happy to be losing weight but this loss of appetite I've had lately is alarming me a bit. I don't know if it really is just medication related or its something else. I have not been 159 since December 2019.

I was 161 today. I'm really confused. Yesterday I had 1200 calories, and 158 carbs. My sodium was a bit high at 2,715 mil but even the other day when I ate 1500 calories I didn't gain anything let alone 2 pounds. I just had my normal 68oz of water and my normal amount of diet soda. I really didn't do anything out of the ordinary yesterday. I know our heat is broken and my house is freezing right now. So I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. But I was expecting to be at or below 159.6 today. I'll see what my mom says about her weight.

I am at my largest at 243.8 lbs. I was at 199 lbs. Winter was all about overeating, and now I can lose the weight. I am going to put my best foot forward to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

I've been hovering around 159 for about 9 days now. Except for Monday when I was 158.4 and yesterday when I was 160.8. I'm still just plugging along at my 1200-1250 calories a day. I'm drinking 2-4 bottles of water a day. I have faith the weight will go down. I was buying some protein shakes and some slim fasts today and a dude maybe a little bit bigger then I am was giving me a strange look like "why are you buying weight loss products..." but I want to get down to 140 no matter what I look like now. I don't look sick or anything like that but to a heavier person I'd look kinda on the skinner side.

I am about ready to throw this scale out the window. Today it finally read 158.8 but my afternoon reading is the same 161.4-.8. So I'm most likely back at 159 something or another. I cut back on my liguids since I felt like that was an issue. I started up on Slim Fast today. So we'll see. At this point based on the one pound a week thing I have figured out I should be at 157 something now.

I was at 240.4 lbs today. I think this about 4 lbs weight loss is so good! I am going to continue. Feeling so motivated by the urge to lose weight.

The scale finally moved this morning to 158 excatly. My goal now is 157.8 by Wednesday. I'm not sure what I did differently except I did go to my sisters for a bit which meant moving around more and I did not drink any zero sugar soda I had a lot of iced tea without sugar. I looked at myself in the mirror and I could stop now at 158 but I really want to get to 140. I don't think I'll look like I'm sick or anything at that weight. My doctor said 150 or 155 would be good. I am 5'5 so a normal weight according to the BMI would be 150.

I did make it to 157.8. Actually yesterday and then I stayed the same today. I had a mini coke, a serving of breakfast nuggets, and a protein shake for breakfast. I had a Pepsi for a mid morning snack. Then I decided to have a cheat day for the first day in I don't know how long. So I got a lunch special and some dumplings from a chinese takeout place. I got super full off the 6 dumplings not realizing dumplings only have 80 calories each. And I am way too full to eat the lunch special today. So I didn't actually have a cheat day. I was actually below calories at 1270. I swear sometimes when you try too hard like I had been doing you have a tougher time then when you let yourself go a bit like I did today.
