I was 157.6 today. Yesterday I was 159.2 and Thursday I was 160.4. I was kinda hungry Wednesday night but it wasn't a big deal. Going back on my shots doesn't seem to be having a big impact on me overall. Plus I haven't been feeling very good lately. A month ago today I was 162.6. So thats a 5 pound loss. So it seems like I'm still on track even if I get stuck at a weight for a few days.

I've just been hanging around 158 since my last post which is fine with me since that was my goal weight for 2.5 years. My body will get to 140 when it wants to.

I've been losing weight and its kind of scaring me. I know I want to get down to 140 pounds but its been just like effortless. And all my clothes are getting big suddenly. I've even gone down a size in shoes. I hope my shorts I bought for this summer do actually hold on for the summer. Luckily I've discovered Old Navy and they have a lot of great sales on jeans. Its just with my already off bloodwork and these symptoms I'm just a bit worried. I know my doctors are working on things though.

There was no way I was going to weigh myself this morning after last nights ER trip. Those IV fluids can make you gain like 10 pounds of water weight. Although my clothes still fit the same and I look the same. So idk. But I had my mom hide the scale last night so I wouldn't be tempted. So far today I've had a couple Lunchables with the juice boxes in them and a regular Dr. Pepper and 2 zero sugar sodas. I'm hungry just because of the day of the week. I'm trying to push through with the normal protein and slim fasts. Amazon sells oranges and cream Slim Fast that taste like those artic orange milkshakes Mcdonalds used to sell years ago.

The IV fluids are out of my system. My weight was a bit of a mess and I didn't even weigh myself the day after the ER. But things are ok now. This hunger has been annoying but manageable since switching my T shot to every week instead of every 1.5 weeks. Today I didn't do too bad. 1,216 calories, 71 grams of protein, 165 carbs, and 2,284 mil of sodium. I did have a 240 calorie soda though. I am drinking more zero sugar soda then I'd like to because I've been so hungry and I need an alternative from food. I've been drinking water too. But my carbs and protein are good today and at least the fluids from the ER are out of my system now.

I've eaten today but I wasn't very hungry. I'm not sure if its just anxiety or how busy I was or all the water I had. It was around 1200 calories, 59 grams of protein, 159 carbs. I was a bit heavy on the sodium and I again had a couple zero sugar sodas and I had an iced coffee too. So far the zero sugar sodas still arent an issue and I guess until they become one I won't stop drinking them. Its been tough because I filled up my fridge to try to clean up the garage floor and its easier to just grab one when they are already cold vs getting one from a case on the floor on putting it in the fridge for an hour.

I'm going to try and participate in this thread once again.
I want to lose this weight before the national conference in November. I am considering getting a new scale because mine is analog and it can be inconsistent if I don't check that it hasn't edged off of zero when I step on. I have been very good the last couple of weeks staying within my calorie allowance, particularly not going overboard at night time. Today I decided to have a big breakfast after my run instead of oatmeal and granola. Then tonight when I made turkey tacos, I was proud of myself for forgoing the tortillas and did it lettuce wraps instead. I am considering going a step further with this and doing tofu of meat substitute instead of the turkey. I also have curtailed my delivery orders. I actually went back to doing my own grocery shopping, and I went 2 weeks without doing my usual sushi delivery. I did do it over the weekend. But I have a new rule if I want restaurant food I either go eat it there or go pick it up. I'm struggling tonight to not want a big snack. I made myself tea to drink while I watch Jurassic World. I still get a snack but I'm waiting until halfway through the movie. I also went for a 3 mile run, walked 1.5 miles, and did some agility training with Andy today.
