Splat points! I googled it.

I just think about Matthew McConaughey saying in People magazine that he tries to work up a sweat every day. And that usually works up a sweat for me!

I do neck twists while i am biking, and today my neck loosened up and cracked a good one. I think following my pee med schedule is a good plan - it will give me consistency and appropriate rest. And i wont have to think about it or make any decisions.

Bike day. I was sweating within 15 minutes. It's like trying to start up a car thats been sitting unused in the garage for too long! I am sputtering back to life.

More muscles go into even stationary cycling than you realize - you have to hold your gut out of your hips, for example. So i needed a little stretch when i stopped.

I did more than 3 hours of yoga. Did not manage to go for a walk.

My shape does not allow me to do certain poses: my belly is in the way.

I haven't been hungry this last week or so. I think its the vegetarian diet. I've been forgetting to eat again. My therapist nagged me a little bit last Thursday. Not a lot though but some. I'm eating a lot of celery sticks and I've cut back on soda.

I'm getting a Meta Quest VR headset for christmas and I want to get the Supernatural workout app for it.

Tomorrow is a trial personal training session with another trainer.
Today I did not do anything: I spent the evening getting a gel manicure. Now will eat dinner and maybe go for a slow walk while listening to an audiobook.
The inside of my thighs are pleasantly sore. I am not clear which of the recent workouts caused it, but I like the sensation.

Today was my pee day, so no bike. But i broke down a lot of boxes for recycling and put away a lot of food - fat free salad dressing packets, refried beans (which ive been CRAVING!) and cookies of course - my primary food group. I need to add more veg and protein to my meals so i stop appeasing my hunger with cookies. Maybe i will try hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese.

I wish there were farmer's cheese where you shop. It is tastier than cottage cheese and has more protein per gram than eggs. I buy Amish farmer's cheese. So good and can be made into both savory and sweet dishes.

I did not go for a walk today and now it is time for me to go to bed.

I used to look for that! I think i know one store that has it.

Forgot to say, i am feeling more energetic. No nap today, and did quite a lot of work, for me! So it takes a good week of the bike for me to see a positive result. Where i dont feel like i am getting older and weaker and more decrepit and disabled every day.

Good for you! Keep it up, with pee day pauses. If you get farmer's cheese, let me know and I will send you my recipes. I love the thing and it is a main protein source for me. I can even mix it with whey protein powder and not taste the powder at all.

I have selected my personal trainer. He was the 2nd I have tried at my new gym. I am really happy I kept searching after the first one seemed no more than good enough.

We have our December sessions scheduled and I am looking forward to them. He also taught me how to use a new cardio machine called assault bike to warm up before sessions.

20 mins on recumbent elliptical plus 23 minutes on recumbent bike. Planned to do more but the gym closed for the day. On the bike, did the rolling hills workout.

Thinking of you and your biking adventure, Unaluna.

Plan to start on the bike next time to make sure I do a full workout on it.

Unaluna,

I just concocted something perfect with Amish farmers' cheese so wanted to share to inspire you. Very tasty:

- half a box of Amish farmers' cheese
- a little plain kefir, can be substituted by labne, sour cream, or plain yogurt
- a scoop of protein powder
- chopped fresh mint
- fresh blueberries
- hemp seed
- enough maple syrup to make it palatable for you

It is a killer meal from the protein content standpoint.

Sounds yummy! But a LOT of ingredients! I will fall asleep halfway thru making it! Most of my meals are 3 ingredients - carb, veg and or fat, and or protein.

I took two days off biking because i had a hard working day last pee day, and i was just tired and discombobulated. I even OMAD'd yesterday, and that rarely happens.

OMAD

I looked it up. One Meal a Day

I no longer can so it. Easily did it when I was young. I think years on Zyprexa changed my system for good and I experience painful hunger pangs if I do not eat regularly.

if we limit it to 3 ingredients: farmers' cheese, sour cream and maple syrup OR farmers' cheese, blueberries and maple syrup should be good enough.

I planned to go to the gym this evening but received an invite from my friend to her Meetup and I will go. Gym on Saturday then.

Come on Oprah, admit you used Ozempic. You look good though. My stomach starts acting up even thinking of the gastro side effects of that med.

I've been doing fine on my mostly vegan/vegetarian lifestyle changes. I'm not constantly hungry or thinking about food all the time.
