I was 166.2 today. I weighed myself half an hour earlier then I normally do. I had a couple packages of ramen last night for dinner. I dumped out the broth in both bowls. It wasnít a big deal to have 2 packages. my calories for the day still only equaled to 1348. My goal according to Noom is 1400. I like to try to stay around 1200 or 1100.

Today Iíve had a couple servings of Red Hot Goldfish crackers. I got 3 unsweetened blackberry iced teas from Sonic. I plan on having another serving of Goldfish in a bit. Lunch will be Trix oatmeal. For a snack Iíll have a cup of dry Cheerios and a pack of Quest peanut butter cups. And then dinner will be another bowl of Cheerios this time with 1/2 cup of milk. With my 2 gummy melatoninís Iím at 1230 calories.

I weigh 285 now. So I lost a pound. I think that's good. I ate Cheerios twice yesterday. I was worried about the carbs. But I was hungry. I'm ordering more food today. I will have better choices for snacks. I will get exercise by working on my house today.

I was 167.8 today. I was honestly expecting to be like 171. I got really hungry last night. Stupid last day of PMS. I had a package of ramen, some potato chips, and 2 candy bars. But thatís one of the reasons Iím so strict with what I eat. So that when I do deal with PMS hunger the weight gain isnít that bad.

Today I had a bowl of dry Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast. For a mid morning snack I had a cheese and salami plate I got from a gas station. Lunch was udon noodles. I had some Red Hot Goldfish for a snack. Iíll have some Quest protein cups for a snack and then dinner will be another bowl of Cheerios. I also had a couple zero sugar Gatoradeís. With my 2 gummy melatonins Iím at 1230 calories for the day.
