I was 166.2 today. I weighed myself half an hour earlier then I normally do. I had a couple packages of ramen last night for dinner. I dumped out the broth in both bowls. It wasnít a big deal to have 2 packages. my calories for the day still only equaled to 1348. My goal according to Noom is 1400. I like to try to stay around 1200 or 1100.

Today Iíve had a couple servings of Red Hot Goldfish crackers. I got 3 unsweetened blackberry iced teas from Sonic. I plan on having another serving of Goldfish in a bit. Lunch will be Trix oatmeal. For a snack Iíll have a cup of dry Cheerios and a pack of Quest peanut butter cups. And then dinner will be another bowl of Cheerios this time with 1/2 cup of milk. With my 2 gummy melatoninís Iím at 1230 calories.

I weigh 285 now. So I lost a pound. I think that's good. I ate Cheerios twice yesterday. I was worried about the carbs. But I was hungry. I'm ordering more food today. I will have better choices for snacks. I will get exercise by working on my house today.

I was 167.8 today. I was honestly expecting to be like 171. I got really hungry last night. Stupid last day of PMS. I had a package of ramen, some potato chips, and 2 candy bars. But thatís one of the reasons Iím so strict with what I eat. So that when I do deal with PMS hunger the weight gain isnít that bad.

Today I had a bowl of dry Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast. For a mid morning snack I had a cheese and salami plate I got from a gas station. Lunch was udon noodles. I had some Red Hot Goldfish for a snack. Iíll have some Quest protein cups for a snack and then dinner will be another bowl of Cheerios. I also had a couple zero sugar Gatoradeís. With my 2 gummy melatonins Iím at 1230 calories for the day.

169.6. Iím slightly confused but I had a lot of sodium yesterday. I had a cheese and salami plate that had 800mil of sodium, then udon noodles which had about 1600 mil. I also had a couple Gatoradeís which have a lot of sodium and Iím not sure but I think they can cause water retention too. I also weighed myself this morning an hour later then I usually do and I had a 12oz can of soda, a 20oz bottle of soda, and 16oz of water. So I guess itís just water weight. I had my usual amount of calories yesterday.

Today the only thing I want right now is Valium. Although I did have some Goldfish while I was up this morning. I just have down my usual oatmeal and cereal today.

I'm doing well with my weight loss. I've lost a grand total of 16 pounds in ten weeks to 234 so 66 left to go. Ack! I'm buying myself inexpensive bouquets of flowers for every ten i lose. Only four more and i get fresh flowers!!!

It's falling off mostly thru exercise, which is contrary to what science says. It says that dieting is 80% what you eat and only 20% exercise but i think that's for a person who is around a healthy weight.

For me, lugging 234 pounds around the mall shopping is great cardio and fun because we have a SPECTACULAR new dollar store with two rows of non-perishable food even!!! It's gonna give the Walmart a run for it's money! I bought 30 things at the dollar store and only paid $50!!!

Affordable retail therapy at last!!!!!

I'm just not that interested in restricting. I'm absolutely determined to improve my fitness tho, got a Scoop lateral bicycle fitness trainer and it's FABULOUS, works muscles i didn't even know i had. After a year on that i will have buns of steel!

Am really into the Health At Every Size (HAES) movement. We're not all meant to be tiny white women and i think that's a form of oppression by the Western-male-dominated-capitalist-elite anyways.

Being PHAT (Pretty Hot And Thick) is an act of REBELLION!!! Stick it to the man! Non-Western men think i'm beautiful anyways, my Sudanese convenience store owner calls me Princess Jane!!! My Eastern cab driver told me i was beautiful three (3) times!!!

Western men can go eff themselves! If they'd rather be alone than consider a woman of ample proportions, fine with me, have fun jerking-off to porn all by your lonesome, i will be cozy with an Eastern man and i guarantee you we will be having A LOT MORE FUN!!!

I prepared several healthy meals to eat over the next few days. I had so much, I had to put some in the freezer. I'm maintaining. That's okay. I'll start dropping again soon.
