Today I’ve been hungry but I’ve been trying to eat healthy things. After my last post I had a string cheese and some grilled zucchini. Then I had about 2/3 of a pint of vanilla bean Halo Top ice cream. For dinner I plan on having 2 fried eggs. So total today it was around 1630. Which isn’t bad for being hungry all day. Usually I eat pretty unhealthy things and chug a lot of regular soda. I did have that candy bar and soda though this morning.

But I don’t really have any unhealthy food in my house besides my candy collection that I rarely touch. I have something from the box about once a week. I also have my soda collection too which I can limit myself on. But basically everything is pretty healthy. I have a couple pints of Ben and Jerry ice cream in the freezer but I always opt for Halo Top. I just like the B&J whiskey biz kind and its hard to find.

Because I had my ovaries removed I now need to be on my injections for the rest of my life. So developing diabetes or getting high cholesterol again could be very bad. So I’ve just been focusing on eating better. Although I do plan on getting some macaroni and cheese in the morning from Walmart.

Its funny the way my hunger goes up and down. Or should i say annoying! Im probably thirsty. For bkfast i just had a coffee and a canned potato, plain tuna, and cup of cream of mushroom soup kinda casserole. I mean all i did was pour the made soup over the pot and tuna. Still thats like 500 calories. Then again, my tummy felt so good afterwards. I do have a soup cookbook around here somewhere. If i ever get the kitchen cleaned. Which i am actually working on today.

The mushroom soup is not the healthiest but it makes the meal tasty.

I haven't been regular, so it's throwing the scale off. I just ordered some fiber pills to take and I will try to drink more water. I'm about to eat a tomato salad. I did get some exercise today.

I was 165 exactly today. I was 166 yesterday. Yeah not weighing myself won’t work.

I’m kind of surprised since I ate 1650 calories yesterday. But it was mostly healthy stuff and I watched my sodium. So far I had a piece of bread and a small bottle of Ocean Spray cran watermelon juice at 1 something. Then I had another piece of bread and a can of orange Vanilla Coke for breakfast. I also had a large diet Vanilla Coke from Sonic. For lunch I plan on having a sugar free pudding and a light and fit Greek yogurt. For an afternoon snack I plan on either having some vegetables or a pint of Halo Top chocolate ice cream. And dinner will be a can of potato’s and 2 servings of a light Cesar salad kit. I have down 1300 calories.

I’m not very hungry today unlike yesterday. So it really must just be because of my weekly shot. Luckily it only makes me hungry for one day. Probably my surgery is playing into my lack of appetite today. Not having to deal with PMS anymore should help too with my weight loss.

My mom went to the grocery store and got me a lot of soup and sugar free and light stuff. Also she got me 20 cans of canned potato’s. 10 cans of sliced and 10 cans of whole. They were only 50 cents each.

Today is better. I weigh 273. I'm not that hungry but I'm trying to eat. I know it will make me feel better. I don't feel like exercising today. I don't feel like doing much.

I weigh 164.2 today. This weight is just melting off after my surgery. I am slightly concerned my stomach is getting bigger because my hoodies are fitting weirdly. So maybe my weight is shifting like it’s supposed to. But it’s still kinda freaky. So far I had a small bottle of cran watermelon juice, a piece of bread, a bottle of Body Armor water, and a donut. For lunch I plan on having a yogurt and another piece of bread, or maybe a bag of corn, and then dinner will be a package of tuna and a little cup of macaroni and cheese. My calories will equal to around 1250.

I ended up eating an extra ham extra tomato, provolone, oil and vinegar, and no mayo unwhich from Jimmy Johns. So now dinner is going to be a package of tuna and a Greek yogurt. And I’m at 1240 calories.

The shorts I’m currently wearing are a size 32 and they are pretty baggy. I could probably fit into a 30 in these. Even before in 2019 I never got into anything smaller then a size 6 which was about 32 in mens. But that was before. Now I’m 18 pounds heavier then I was in 2019 and I’m a 32 right now. I have 24 more pounds to reach my goal weight and by then I could probably get into a 29.

I didn't weigh myself today. I forgot. But I can tell I'm losing weight. My clothes are getting really baggy on me. I prepared a healthy meal today. And I'm putting my exercise chair together. I got a little bit of walking done today. I'm feeling great!

I was 163.8 today. I was hungry last night so I had a little cup of Cheetos macaroni and cheese. So I was at just about 1500 calories for the day. So far today I had a donut, and a medium broccoli cheddar tots from Sonic. I also had a Vanilla Coke Zero and the syrup had about 60 calories. For lunch I plan on having a little cup of Campbells double noodle soup. Then dinner will be a Greek yogurt, a pouch of tuna, and a little cup of Kraft deluxe macaroni and cheese. I have down 1,222 calories.

I weigh 271 this morning. So I'm down another pound. I'm happy about that. I haven't been hungry today. But I ate a banana cause I knew I needed to eat something. I exercised this morning with my chair. I feel pretty good. I would like to go on a walk later today.

I’m just going to have a bag of frozen spaghetti squash and a string cheese for dinner instead of the mac and cheese. My stomach is off and I just want to lie down for the night. So I’m right under 1200 calories today. So I probably won’t be below 163 since eating too low doesn’t really work just like eating too much doesn’t work.

I had 1,185 calories yesterday and no I was not below 163.8. I was 164.4. But I had soup too which had a lot of sodium. So far today I’ve had a can of Coke, a donut, and a glass of cold brew coffee. I plan on just having the usual. Potato’s and yogurt and sugar free pudding and string cheese. I plan on having a cup of macaroni and cheese. I have down 1265 calories. 570 of that was before 5AM. So I’m not sure. I have a coupon for a free Jimmy Johns sandwich too. So I may use that. My goal is to be 160 by the end of the month.

Yesterday was stressful for me. I ate extra rice and beans. That wasn't good. I'm up a pound today. I think I need to take my fiber pills every day. Even though I'm eating rice, beans and vegetables, I'm still having a problem.

I used the treadmill for 30 minutes today. Not sure what my weight is at the moment, last time I checked it was 155 lbs. I have my period at the moment so it's probably gone up a bit just because it always does then, nothing to worry about though. Hoping to keep exercising and eating healthier

I had 2 string cheeses after the stuff I posted above. And a small bottle of Ocean Spray. Then we got Chinese food for lunch. I got the egg foo young lunch special and some crab ragoon. I had 3 of those and I skipped the egg roll. I ate the egg foo young throughout lunchtime and into the early afternoon. I picked at the fried rice. So I’m loosely around 1584 calories. Which is enough to lose. Especially since I was drinking and eating stuff before 4AM. So I don’t know if I’m low or not. Somethings making me not hungry and I’m not sure what it is. This all seemed to start around the time I started on Valium in mid June.

I was 163.4 today. So far I’ve had a Pepsi, a red berry Milky Way candy bar, and half of a macaroni and cheese sandwich from Panera. For dinner I was going to have some yogurt and a string cheese and for a snack I was going to have some popcorn. But I’m too low with all that so I’ll have to figure out something else.

I weigh 270 today. That's one of my milestones. I tried to celebrate today. It's important but I couldn't do anything significant to mark the occasion.

I was kinda hungry last night because of my shot. today I did ok. I had a yogurt and a string cheese for breakfast. For lunch right before 10:30 I ate an entire cauliflower crust pizza. Which was 750 calories for the entire pizza. I then went hours without eating anything until I had a sugar free pudding about 1.5 hours ago. Then I had a roast beef unwhich from Jimmy Johns for dinner. I had a couple zero sugar Cokes from a coke freestyle machine. I think those have like 30 calories each. I’m at 1,096 right now. I’m not very hungry for anything else but I’m wondering if I should chug a bottle of juice just to get in that extra 100 calories.

I'm not sure how I'm doing today. I didn't sleep well last night and ended up sleeping all day. When I woke up, I tried to eat. I didn't eat much. It's after 5 pm now. I'm not hungry. I hope I can sleep tonight. I will weigh myself tomorrow.

Today I had a bag of cheesy broccoli rice for breakfast around 7. Then I just now had a pint of peanut butter Halo Top ice cream. So I’m at 640 right now. Which is kind of low for the time of day. I had planned on having some spaghetti squash and a Greek yogurt and a frozen lasagna for the rest of the day. I’m wearing mens medium sweat pants and they are comically too big on me. I’ve had them for about a month and I don’t remember them being so big. I think Walmart has them for like $5. But my calories today will equal to 1250 or something.
