I am on a weird kick - canned in oil calamari and ready-pasta rotini. So chewy! So good! Oh, with garlic powder on the noodles. For dinner yesterday, for breakfast today.
Yesterday i started cleaning up the area around my exercise bikelet, so that should be starting up again soon. |

I am back to eating meat and vegetables today. I feel pretty good. I'm using my walker so that I don't put too much strain on myself. I took my trash out to the dumpster on my walker. That was my exercise.

Bump!
After 3 or 4 straight meals of rotini and squid, i finally went for just veg for brunch - green beans, lima beans, and mushrooms. Its like, i was hungry but not for anything of substance. Plus the scale inched downward ever so slightly this morning, so yay. It was settling on the low side of 250 rather than wiggling on the high side. |

Hi Unaluna and all:
You're doing great, every little nudge on the scale counts! Glad to see you're getting some protein. I've never had calamari. Squid, you say? You're are a brave eater! And getting organized to use your exercise equipment is a step in the right direction. What is a 'bikelet' tho? I lost 25 pounds stationary biking and restricting once. I got up to an hour on the bike. Sweat! Droplets of sweat!!! Sure enjoyed those days, i was in my early thirties and still able to workout hard. Such a pleasure it was! These days, just keeping up with the activities-of-daily-living is exercise enough. Have a beautiful day! Jane. |

I was my usual weight this morning but I had almost 8 straight hours of fluid from an IV so I look absolutely huge right now especially since I’m all bandaged up.
I had some chips, 2 saltine crackers, 4 Lorna Dune cookies, and a couple sodas today. __________________ I'm Blue |

I weighed myself just now and I’m the same weight I was yesterday morning at the hospital. With this giant bandage I think I’ve lost weight. But this bandage makes me look 20 pounds heavier and it’s 90 degrees out so I can’t wear a hoodie.
Today I had some eggs, a cheese omelet, and a couple pieces of bacon for breakfast from the hotel. Lunch was a sandwich from my cousins baby shower. I love this places sandwiches and I haven’t had one in a few years. But that’s all I’ve had today. I’m not sure what else I’ll be eating. __________________ I'm Blue |

I haven't weighed myself. I'm trying not to weigh myself every day. Weight loss takes time. I'll wait until next week. I've been working on eating better.

I lost 4.1 pounds this week!!! After six weeks of only losing one single niggardly pound per week, finally a decent result!
I know a max of two pounds per week is recommended but at higher weights (239.7) more is permitted. So that makes a total of 10.1 pounds in seven weeks -- not too shabby! It's probably because i was so active this week and have been having nausea until late afternoon and just drinking water, i get up so darn early, 1:30am today. So happy to see the scale finally budge. I was worried i'd ruined my metabolism permanently, but i guess all the exercise is revving it up! So absolutely overjoyed!!!!!!! I HAVE PASSED THE TEN POUND MILESTONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought myself some exquisite furniture lately, so i'll call that my treat for losing weight, even tho i didn't know it at the time of purchase. Maybe it was just fate!!! Have a beautiful day everyone! Jane. |

I've lost enough weight so that I can move around with very little pain. I still get winded easily. I'm guessing any kind of housework I do is exercise. Today I don't feel like doing much. I am eating well today.

I had one mini powdered donut around 6:30AM. Then I got a bowl from chipotles but I just picked at it. I ended up eating less then half. Now I’m trying to eat a little package of carrot goldfish without much luck. My brother in law and sister are going to bring me back a 20oz ginger ale from Walgreens. No clue on my calories for the day but I don’t think it’s much.

My scale seems stuck. I mean I may not have lost any weight but why is it the exact same weight throughout the day? I thought your weight fluctuated a few times during the day. Mine has been the same since I came home on Saturday.

Your healing process is probably leaving you swollen. Even for nose jobs, the swelling doesnt go down for like 6 months.

So far today I’ve had the rest of my ginger ale and some carrot Goldfish crackers for breakfast. I had a little can of Tyson chicken for a mid morning snack. I plan on having 2 cans of chicken noodle soup and an iced coffee for lunch. I don’t know what I’ll eat for dinner.

I was 174 today. With the bandage that probably weighs 2-3 pounds. So I’ve lost weight. Yesterday I think I was 179. Yesterday I only had 1,125 calories so I wonder if my usual 1400 is too much. I messaged my Noom guide so I’ll see what she suggests about adjusting my calorie goal.

I was 173 today. Still with the bandage on. I had a lemonade and an avocado toast for breakfast at 9. Then I didn’t eat again until 2:45. I’m trying to eat some pasta but I’m nauseated. So far if I finish the entire plate of pasta I’ll be at 1058 calories for the day.
