Has anyone had whey protein powder? I spent $27 on a big bottle of it and I’ve had it 3 times and all 3 times I ended up with this massive appetite where I was eating nonstop and frantically for a good hour. I’ve had this issue with muscle milk shakes before too. They say don’t use them for weight loss. Just the guy at the Vitamin Shoppe told me this stuff was good for weight loss and also building muscle.

I've never had whey. I used to drink soy protein and that would fill me up and I was ok without food after.
