I signed up for a class a day to learn and build muscles. one is strength one is with a personal trainer, another aqua aerobics. I want to learn the machines so I know what I'm doing when I'm on my own.
Today I just walked on the treadmill. Tomorrow strength. I feel really good, it's been hard getting myself to go on my own but there's so many people it's like peer pressure on the machine. __________________ Son: 14, 12/15/2009 R.I.P. Nice! Consistency & intensity (as intense as you can go without overdoing it) are key. The other half is watching what you eat. Wish you the best of results!

Soreness means you're exercising too hard or too long, or both. Rest that bodypart. Eating protein-rich food will enhance recovery AND helps fat loss
