Is eating apples an eating disorder thing. I thought I heard it was.

I've had 1,176 calories, 154 carbs, and 44 grams of protein.

I guess it depends how many you eat, and if that's all you eat. Right after I had COVID, I went on an apple diet. I'd have only a half an apple per day. I had no appetite and no sense of taste, so I didn't bother to eat and went on an apple-only fast. I've always wanted to try a fast, and it was a good opportunity since I was home-bound.

I got out this morning and it was nice conditions, no wind or rain, a nice sunrise over the sea which tempted me a bit further, so I went on my old 7k route. Furthest I’ve run in over a year.

I got back and my husband said I looked a bit disheveled maybe that’s why strangers were smiling at me! I always avoid mirrors after a run.

Yeah I'm craving apples like crazy. I had 2 of them and a couple Starbucks cake pops and some Ritz crackers. Along with my can of nitro Pepsi and my strawberry cold foam iced coffee I'm right around my 1200 calorie goal.

I've had about 1000 calories so far today. My sodium is high but my carbs are ok.

I've had about 1,710 calories, 150 carbs, and 83 grams protein. My sodium is a mess because of my pickle sub from Jimmy Johns.

My toe still hurts from stubbing it late last week. I think something is fractured in there. Actually about 1/3 of my foot bruised and only now is fading. I am hoping by next week it will hurt less and I can at least walk again.

In the meantime, I did pilates today.

I feel blah and not very hungry today. But I did eat some decent stuff. I'm around 750 calories, 130 carbs, and 36 grams of protein.

I took a shirtless selfie last night and I like the way my chest looks I just want to lose more of my stomach.

I got on the treadmill yesterday. Tomorrow I’m walking to the dentist which is like a 20 min walk there, then 20 min back. I’ve been drinking water with slices of lemon in it and it’s been good.

I may be the only person in history to start taking Ozempic and actually gain weight. I've stopped it now, for other reasons. It had an effect on me that I don't want to discuss publicly.

Oh you’re all putting me to shame, I’ve done so little exercise this week but I’m going to get out there tomorrow morning.

I've been eating better. My pantry is pretty much all decently healthy stuff and my fridge is filled with sparkling water instead of soda.

My therapist randomly told me I should be using my treadmill 20 minutes a day. Lol. Steroids make you bloated lady.

Anyways I've done ok today. My carbs and sodium are good.

I had good intentions but my back has gone and I’m shuffling around like an old lady today. Walked a fair bit as sitting is the worst for bad backs I find.

Nutrition wise I did okay - made some delicious spiced soup with pumpkin, carrots and butter beans.

Wishing you all a good Hallowe’en if you mark it, whatever you’re doing.

My steroid is making me ravenous. But I really need it to get rid of this cough thing. Its only for 3 more days. This afternoon I ate a can of soup, a bunch of crackers, 3.5 things from Taco Bell, an Uncrustable and then a cupcake and I'm still so hungry I can barely hear myself think.

I just ate a bowl of plain spaghetti noodles. But I'm ok now.

My weight wasn't bad today. Still in that 5 pound flucation I've been in since Febuaray.

Today I've eaten decently and I'm at 1091 calories, my carbs are kinda high but my sodium is way better then yestetday even though I had a can of soup. My protein is ok.
