I've been on a pie-eating binge, and all that sugar has spiked cravings for more sugar.

@Discombobulated, you wrote, "I had good intentions..." but I read it as "I had good intestines..."

Maybe it belongs in the "What made you laugh today" topic

Omg me too! My pie-fever finally broke, i ate meat, potatoes, green beans and salad today. I feel better now.

See this is why i have this theory that fruitcake is an evolutional artifact. It came about when cave people became aware of growing seasons as a way to assuage their hunger, and it stuck around. Yeah, the ORIGINAL fruitcake is still out there somewhere!

I almost ordered a 30 count of Patti Labelles sweet potato pie cookies last night and I was looking around at her pies too

My weight was weird this morning. But I think steroids make you bloated and can cause water retention or some ****.

Man am I so hungry. I'm doing fine though. I'm not even having any cravings. Its just like this weird *** med hunger. I'm around 1070 calories, and 185 carbs. I did get 3 bags of Harvest Snap fruit things and some of these hard cracker flatbread things to make riccotta cheese and cherry tomato snacks I saw on Reddit 1200 is plenty.

Patti Labelle has a manufactured food line?! That’s blown my mind (I’m in the UK and only know her as a singer).

Yeah she has sweet potato pies, butter something pies, banana pudding. And now these cookies. The sweet potato pies were a big deal several years ago. I used to be able to find single serve ones but I haven't seen them in a couple years.

Can you eat too much fruit and it then becomes a problem. I ate a single serve pack of apples and caramel dip, a single serve pack of apples and peanut butter, a small bag of freeze dried grapes, and a small bag of freeze dried strawberries. And I just threw up a ton and had some diarrhea.

Or is it my steroid that I'm done with

Thats probably more fiber than you are used to. My impression of your recent daily diet is like one serving of apple, and 5 servings of crackers and noodles, which they dont have a lot of fiber.

Also not much for the fruit to hold onto in there, IYKWIM! I should write a book, "How To Curate Your Poops." What foods to mix and match for um desired results. Aka Pooping For Dummies. Ive spent a lot of time perfecting this - i cannot have another butt crisis. Also what toilet tissue to select to complement. Instead of a wine sommelier...

Also i googled your lacroix and it said its as bad as soda for ulcers. So it that still happening?

Yeah it’s definitely possible to overdo fruit, especially the soft fruits they can be particularly fibrous, plus many fruits can be acidic.

Go me - I actually motivated to run 5k this morning, a rare Sunday morning off work and it was very peaceful out there, not the thrum of commuter traffic. I felt okay too, energy was good.

Awesome @Discombobulated! I did pilates this morning; my toe/upper foot still is not right. I'm contemplating going to the doctor, but all she'll do is refer me for an x-ray. I should have gone to urgent care when I first smashed my foot only I didn't realize it would be this bad. Now it's no longer an urgent care issue; I won't get the x-ray & doctor all in one visit. I hate the healthcare system here.

That’s awful blueberry, I had no idea you’d face the issues getting to see the doctor and X-ray. So many bones in the foot and fairly easy to break. How long since you smashed it up?

Good for you doing Pilates!

@Blueberrybook I'd recommend getting it checked out. I ran over my toe with the trash can in May. I think I broke the bone below the toe, right at the end. At the time I thought it was just a little break and I'd be fine. It's been 6 months and it is just now not too sore to exercise with impact (there are other issues that have messed up my exercise routine too. I could have been doing something else like pilates or yoga.). I have a feeling a few weeks in a boot would have been good for me. After time passed I was too embarrassed to ask for an xray and I should have.

I did pilates this morning

@BeyondtheRainbow I do have my regular 6 month checkup with the PCP next week, so I will definitely mention it then. It hurts pretty badly when I first get up but less as the day goes on. I am starting to think that about an hour after I take my Cymbalta in the morning, the pain lessens quite a bit. I'm also embarrassed about waiting so long; it's been nearly 2 weeks now.

I'm not feeling good today. My doctor wants me to give a stool sample. Ritz crackers are something I can eat that are mostly ok. I've had about 1350 calories today. In crackers and a bag of pickle chips which really helped my stomach because of the sodium. I also had a protein shake this morning and a Kind bar.

I did pilates again this morning. This morning my foot was hurting quite a bit less, and I almost tried a short walk around the block, which is around 0.5 mile, but rain was predicted, and I didn't want to be caught in that. All I need is for rain to fry my phone!

I got on my treadmill today finally. I only did 5 minutes but I have to start somewhere. I also ate pretty decently besides some ramen but the ramen helped out my stomach issues a lot.
