I made it through a 30 minute workout! It was a combination of aerobics and resistance band strengthening and It was not easy but I did it without any breaks. I'm really pleased I did this. I couldn't do the video I've done the last few times because it refused to play so I did another I'd never done before. It was harder than I expected but manageable.

Now to see how I feel tomorrow after those resistance band exercises....

If you are barely eating, how will your Geodon get absorbed??

I have eaten today.
Breakfast was 3 pieces of this already toasted bread
Lunch was a Sumo orange and a cup of instant cheddar cheese ramen with the broth dumped out
Dinner was a Lean Cuisine eggplant pasta thing and I took my Geodon half an hour later.

Try taking it without waiting for half an hour but together with the food instead.

55 mins of personal training

Followed by self-massage with the Hyperice massage gun.

I did not do cardio today because I did not have time. I missed doing cardio.

I remember reading that article - i think i just took the wrong takeaway from it! I am writing this while i do my first (planned of 3) 10 minute bike session of the day. Last time (about a week ago?) i did an hour and i think i should not do that all at once anymore. It felt okay doing it, but i was wiped out for days afterward.

My weight is starting to go down now with the Wellbutrin and switching the timing of my other meds around. I also totally cut out zero sugar and diet soda and I've really upped my water intake. I have one full calorie soda in the morning. I've lost about 4 pounds so far. And now my app is saying I'll reach my goal by October 25th.

It sounds like your hour cycle session was more of an endurance one, that might be why it wiped you out. Good to listen to your body.

Thanks! I ended up doing 20 minutes and feel really good, not tired at all, just mildly energized.

With exercise sometimes less is more if you know what I mean.

I went through a phase of exhausting myself with endurance training and it did me no good at all. Smart to listen to your body!

Just a walk for me today. Something like 1.5 miles I think. My cat hid my FitBit charger so I am guessing from my mom's experience since she forgot to wear hers. I am sore from yesterday. Tomorrow I should be back on the aerobics. The best days are days I get a walk and exercise; that's not happened for a few days, mostly because of weather.

Keep going everyone!

Now my weight just seems to be falling off. I've lost 5 pounds this week. I hope I don't get loose skin. My app says my new target goal is now October 19th.

30 mins swimming breastatroke. Felt that my heart rate was elevated! Didn't measure it, though.

15 mins of water walking afterwards. Sideways and backwards.

I made huevos rancheros in the crock pot last weekend and today. I have this 5 ingredient crock pot cook book I got a few years ago. They are pretty good. I use authentic Mexican black beans and mild salsa. I just need to watch out for the sodium. I should look around in the cook book to see what else I can make.

If you using canned beans, aren't they available as reduced sodium? I always getvreduced sodium because I do not like salty taste.

And if you are cooking from scratch using dried beans, you can just skip adding salt altogether, right?

This afternoon and early evening: 83 minutes of low intensity cardio.

53 minutes on recumbent elliptical in Zone 1, with added leg press and chest press.

20 minutes of rowing, mostly Zone 2. Covered about 2600 meters and a bit.

10 minutes on the ski ergometer, most Zone 2. Covered exactly 1000 m.

Even though it was all low intensity, I got tired in the end.

1) Spent many hours doing chores while wearing my weighted vest. Did three loads of laundry, hanged and put away clean dry clothes, took out recycling including many accumulated boxes from Amazon, picked up and tidied up.

2) 10 mins on the tower to warm up before personal training.

3) 60 mins personal training. Most exercises tonight were new.
