That is great news! I researched NAFLD a few years ago and found no solutions, except maybe a whole-body transplant.

I DO notice that i feel a LOT better when i regularly use my mini-bike, or raise my heart rate for a period of time doing household chores. I sleep better, and my limbs feel literally aerated. That aerated feeling has happened to me in varying degrees. It is always wonderful.

how funny about that whole-body transplant!

I have NAFLD and my liver enzymes improved from exercising. they are now normal.

that aerated feeling in the limbs must me amazing!
