I have a computer addiction. When I'm on, I'm happy. When I'm not on, I'm constantly thinking of when I can get back on.

Is it ruining my life ? YES. I need help.

Is there anything else you enjoy doing besides being on the computer? If so, maybe you could try doing some of those activities as a replacement for some of the time spent on the computer.

Hi Warmseptembersun,

Ihave to say with new technology and the endless things you can find in the cyber world it can easily get you sucked in, you are a chat leader so in that aspect it's like a job which you seem to enjoy.....I know all about addictions myself...and if I learned anything so far is we are not alone and every day is a new day.

Peace and Strength
