I have one whole day without gambling. Big whoop, right! I guess I need to start somewhere. I have put barriers in place to make it challenging to get money. I am starting individual therapy and a gambling group next week, and have a desire to succeed. I would love to hear how others have conquered their desires to gamble, and what barriers they put in place. I would also love to hear encouraging stories that it is possible to succeed.

Thanks so much for letting me share!

I'm glad to hear of your positive steps. Great work--and keep at it. Weekends tend to be slow here, but maybe someone will post about any such experience at some point. Meanwhile, we're really happy to hear you're getting hold of your addiction!
