For anyone on lithium, did you gain weight? If so, was it dramatic? Other side effects to note?

Hi, nikmart20, and welcome to Psych Central! I know lithium has done wonders for lots of folks, but I have steered away from it. I had a friend who gained a ton of weight on it. I mean, she really got huge.

But, that said, I wouldn't think everybody who takes it would have that problem.

Hello nikmart20, welcome to Psych central.

We have a medication forum here >>> Psychiatric Medications and also take a look at this link >>>> Psych Central Reviews - Lithium carbonate which tells you all about lithium and also has reviews from other people that take it.
