Y is it that whenever I get upset or when something doesn't go my way no matter how little it is I can't help my thoughts go directly to SI or SUI?

Hi, monkeybrains21. I am thinking that you are already in a lot of emotional pain, so just a little thing going bad pushes you over the edge, so that you are feeling desperate to do something to decrease the pain by S-I or to leave your pain behind by SUI.

Hello monkeybrains12, it is probably about self blame and trying to find an immediate solution to the problem. Not a good solution, maybe you can work on finding other ways to cope when these issues come up.

Thats exactly what happens for me too. Over really insignificant things. Silly really but I can't help myself.

I do the exact same thing. It can get pretty bad and feels like I'm in a total crisis. But I always seem to cool down after a while and go back to normal.
