What started as a joke has made me think.

It is not unusual for me to wake up and wonder where the hell my clothes went. It is a running joke among my friends. My partners have told me that I get up and undress and then get back into bed as if I was awake the whole time.

The other night I woke up and the bed had been made. I thought it was hilarious, especially as I usually don't have the patience to make it that neat.

But then I thought, what if I have a sleepwalking problem that may be getting worse?
I know that there are scientific reasons for sleepwalking but cannot recall them right now (I'll have to do some research).

Can anyone relate?

Things to keep in mind when interacting with me:
1. Do not try to medicate me. I am not on medication for a very good reason.
2. I don't do hugs.
3. If I ask for help, it is because I am at the breaking point, otherwise I have a bad habit of keeping quiet. Please do not brush me off.

You wouldn't be taking ambien for sleep or one similar?

They seem to do a lot of sleep studies now days. Not sure if they relate to sleep walking.
