Being on the road with a lot of open space, a field, or any area that I can "see too much sky". Even being in a building that is in a place where all of the buildings are 1 -2 floors. What's a good coping mechanism for this and does anyone else have it?

Hi, somethingstrange, and welcome to Psych Central! It sounds somewhat like agoraphobia to me. You might want to post about it in this forum to see if there are other folks here who feel the same way:http://forums.psychcentral.com/anxiety-panic-phobias/.
