Has anyone sued their psychiatrist for giving them Psychosis?

Nope, and I think that would be a hard one to prove... have you spoken to a lawyer?

How does someone "give" you phycosis?

When a child’s emotional needs are not met and a child is repeatedly hurt and abused, this deeply and profoundly affects the child’s development. Wanting those unmet childhood needs in adulthood. Looking for safety, protection, being cherished and loved can often be normal unmet needs in childhood, and the survivor searches for these in other adults. This can be where survivors search for mother and father figures. Transference issues in counseling can occur and this is normal for childhood abuse survivors. |

Good luck with that one!
I think most doctors and big pharma (and their lawyers) have wrapped themselves in a virtually impenetrable cloak of protection! If you think it is worth your time and energy to pursue a lawsuit instead of finding a doctor and medications that will work for you ... ![]() |

Careful here, I have heard of psychologists suing for taking a psychosis without permission - you do have the right documents don't you?

By taking Abilfy and Strattera. All doctors carry malpratice insurance. As far as big pharm, I'm not going after them.
