How do I get help? I've had accute depressive disorder coupled with severe anxiety. I can't concentrate on anything this has been affecting my jobs, and schooling since high school. I'm somewhat agoraphobic as well. Who do I see first? I took your test and got a 52?

I think at this point Adult ADHD is something that was also occurring in childhood. Concentration problems can be caused by other things, anxiety included.

In fact, I have ADHD and Anxiety, and my meds don't do anything for my focus when I'm anxious.

I went to a Psychologist to be tested for ADHD with Adjustment Disorder two years ago. I take 60 mg of Vyvanse and 50 mg of Sertraline every day. It helps with my consentration. Go to yout Doctor and tell him/her that you want to be tested for ADHD. Do you have a family member with ADD/ADHD? I wanted to be tested because my mother and my younger sister both have ADD. That is why I wanted to be tested. Research everything you can about ADD/ADHD. Best of luck to you.
