my case manager doesnt seem to take me seriously when trying to talk to her about things im concerned with, she disregards evidence and tells me to stop playing doctor...

what do i do?
i like her but she should listen more to my needs

Hi elevatedsoul. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with you case manager. Have you tried talking to her about how you are feeling? If she still won't hear you out then does she have a supervisor you can go too? Have you thought about maybe asking the supervisor for a different case manager if you still have problems with her?

i dont want to get a new case manager... i like her, but im scared to tell her "i dont think you are listening to me"
when im basically pleading for help

i've talked to her supervisor 1 time, but not about her

i just want to get my case manager to get the nurse in the room so that i can talk to the nurse about my concerns but she doesnt seem to want to do that

my pdoc appointment is feb. 5th, and im needing help now

If you don't want to talk to her directly then maybe you could talk to the supervisor? Let the supervisor know all that you've expressed here and they can talk to the case manager. May I ask why you're afraid to talk with your case manager about this?
