I am seeing some psychiatrist for psychosis.I am 18.
my parents referred me, came on the first day and threatened me to sign a consent to release information. It was against my will.
The psychiatrist referee me to a psychologist to see.
I told the psychiatrist to not disclose information
about my psyvhologist session with my parents.

The psychologist recently spoke with my psychiatrist about pills I am on and said some personal things i said to my psychiatrist.

The psychiatrist later on phoned my parents everything that psychologist said.

I have told the psychiatrist numerous times it was against my will to sign the release and not to speak to my parents about what I discuss with my psychologist.

Time to see other people. You should not do therapy with people who you feel uncomfortable with. It is the wrong thing to do.

i agree, i think you need to see someone else. there is supposed to be confidentiality, unless you are a risk to yourself or others.
