Hello AliJ, welcome to Psych Central. Your first 5 or so posts are moderated so they do not show up straight away but after that you will be able to post freely where you like and you'll be able to join chat. I presume you mean the social groups we have here, you'll find the tab at the top of the forum http://forums.psychcentral.com/groups/ You can browse through the many groups we have there and at the bottom of each is a tab marked 'join group.'
