I am a pretty happy person. I have friends, a family, a home, and okay personality. I think. With person like me, how do you know what you have? I took tests online, but I don't know if they are accurate or not.

You can't trust online tests, most of them are fake. The only way for you to know is to see your doctor and be completely honest with them.

I found out I had a mental illness because of a reaction from a medication that caused me to have a manic episode. So for me, something triggered the response that led me to treatment.
Thanks for this!
