I'm stuck in a cycle. I'm lonely, and I hate it, so I try to find ways to find people online to talk to. But I have nowhere to look, except for mental health forums/chats, because I really dont have any interests. I end up not being able to relate, because I either cant relate (because I dont have any disorders/take meds/etc), or because the excessive negativity ends up bringing me down further. This ends up making me feel even more alone and desperate for human contact, and I end up feeling angry at humanity because even though I'm trying, I cant find a place to fit in .__.
I think the only solution is to get over it and focus harder on doing SOMETHING hobby related, even if it feels like dragging one foot infront of the other to accomplish.. but since when has 'get over yourself' ever helped anyone ^^; I posted this in general Q/A.. cause.. idk. If you have 2 cents to throw in, go for it ._. |

This is a great question!
Thank you so much for asking. You will get different responses here. I like to "just be me". Oh I know that has to be a really frustrating response. It's how I live my life though. I know who I am and I project this daily. I had a quick look here - looks like there are some nice ideas for "general" conversation starters; pending on the person; and pending on the situation Interesting Conversation Topics |

I've come to accept the fact that I don't fit in - Not in this time, not this planet. I am an alien here. But that's OK, I've just learned to put up with it. I'm starting to tire of human contact. I crave newness.

Seeing a Therapist can help too. You may have some level of depression.
