I gained custody of my nephew when he was four he is now 10 and I just claim him as my own. He has been diagnosed FAS ADHD and dyslexia. Last couple months I've caught him in my room while I am sleeping
Possible trigger:
and I'm at a loss as to what I should do. I have two more young children in house boy and girl I do not want something like that happening to them. His therapist just retired we live in small town so no other therapist options what should I do

Can his therapists recommend another therapist? Sorry but that's all I can think of. Since it's a small town the therapist might know the best course of action to take.
