i want to give a birthday party and barely anyone comes and remembers it.
i really loved this careprovider, like really. not like anyone else and i want to invite him. |

what type of care provider? a nurse who provides homecare would be different from a psychiatrist you see in an office.
are you presently seeing him in a professional way? or is he from your past and you've kept in touch. You use loved past tense so I am assuming past relationship? If he is a present professional, I hope you are not setting yourself up for rejection.
