So, I have anxiety, ocd, panic etc... I have been struggling with a weird symptom. Here is an example. My friend described an apartment to me and I got a weird sick feeling when picturing it. Kinda like a distorted dreamy feeling. It made me feel sick this emotion that I can't explain. It also made me start seeing my surroundings in that same way. It's this anxiety related? Any ideas what it could be and why?

Maybe you need to start making some changes in life. Make a check list of what is bothering you in real life, and how you want to change it. The sick feelings are telling you something.

Is this a place you're thinking about moving into? If it is maybe it's a sign you don't like the place.

The scenario you have described does sound like anxiety to me and I think it was bought on by a multitude of factors and the derealisation was triggered by something within your environment
