I am feeling so overwhelmed with my workload lately that I am just shutting down. I'm barely functioning at all right now and I have so much that I need to do. How can I fight this urge to shut down when I feel so over whelmed and overstimulated?

I'm still in high school, but I know the feeling of shutting down and becoming remarkably inefficient under pressure and because of overstimulation. I don't know how to help you, but I empathize.

You need some rest and relaxation. Can you get a good night's sleep, watch a movie with a loved one, read a good book, bubble bath, get a massage? I know it's hard and I'm thinking of you.

I haven't slept through the night in over two weeks. I feel like I don't have time to relax, there's so much to do, but I also feel that I just don't give a crap feeling coming on, and I don't have time for it right now.
