Hello peeps,
I cant remember for the life of me what my condition was called. When I take upper medications it hits me like a downer and downers give me uppers. This best I can explain it lol
Please help me if you know the term for this.

Welcome to the Psych Central community, NckY. What you're having is an anomalous reaction, but I don't know if that's the medical term for it.

Paradoxical.
First called the Eagle effect when seen with antibiotics.

These instances with medications are often referred to as "paradoxical effects"
